    Inverse Dead Pool 2020

It says a lot that my only win in 10 years of Deadpooling came in the Inverse Dead Pool. I am clearly much better at picking people who won't die.

    Death In The Family

It was quite strange when our daughter was at school. I was 26 when she was born. We were in small island of parents mostly of whom were on their second or third and then there were the late starters and the early starters who made up the majority in our town

    Death In The Family

It is quite upsetting for my father in law. Since February he has lost two siblings and a niece (the niece was the daughter of one of the siblings he lost).

ABBA turned up on my ipod the other evening and I began thinking. Outside of Sweden would the death of King Carl Gustav have a bigger media impact than any single member of ABBA? @Predictor might have an insight as to what would happen in Sweden.

    Tom Baker

I skim read your entry and missed the I'll health and respectively which rather altered my perception of what you were saying. When Colin Baker got the job there were rumours they wanted Brian Blessed. Is Colin a cut price Brian. However he is a massive advocate for the show.

For Hartnell though this was the twilight of his career. He had been in many of the big British movies before DW he just wanted something less abrasive. In fact similar to Eccleston's reason for taking the role. He was dead less than 10 years after giving up the role

    Kim Jong-Un

The confusion has arisen because he died and was then resurrected in an arcane ritual Un Dead becomes Undead

Do remember that McCoy played the fool to Sir Ian McKellen's King Lear at the RSC in recent years and also appeared in The Hobbit movie.

Colin Baker was not well served by his scripts a during his TV tenure but his commitment to the show is second to none and his audio work is so much better he probably has the biggest voice presence of the Doctors who have recorded audio adventures. My wife likes him because he smiled kindly at her when we got autographs after the Ultimate Adventure

Been To Any Good Gigs Lately?

I think that Adam Lambert being his own person actually plays to what Brian May and Roger Taylor want to do with the Queen legacy. He is not a Freddie replacement but they are keeping the songs alive. I also think that is why they were so supportive of the We Will Rock You musical and the recent film. I know the film frustrated a lot of people but that was the story that they wanted to tell. It was never going to be a hatchet job.
  19. Did you think that the campaign on either side actually revolved around the issues, implications or complexities involved. I just thought it was two sides shouting Remain: It will be expensive Leave: Foreigners! It was only after the vote that the complexities began to be discussed in earnest.

    Derby Dead Pool 2020

No criticism intended. She used so many pseudonyms. I actually thought she died this year and someone was missing out on points. You are all doing a great job.

    Disc Jockeys

Tried to listen to Sound of the Seventies yesterday. Johnny Walker sounded terrible coming from his home. At first I put it down to the acoustics out of the studio but his wife Tiggy sounded quite bright. For future (though not too far distant) consideration
