When I worked for British Coal in its dying days. Half our site was privatised and they got the swanky new building with enough toilets for each female member of staff to have their own toilet. The rest of the staff moved into an old aircraft hanger with one ladies toilet. As we were getting very generous redundancy payments a number of female staff scheduled career breaks to ensure they got maternity pay and redundancy. However one very rainy day the ladies toilet blocked and the was a long stream of pregnant ladies scampering across the site under umbrellas to be allowed to use the posh loos.
