RULES  Pick a film with at least three (or four) remaining cast members and submit the name of the film and the three selected cast members on this forum  The first player to have all three of their cast members die wins the round. No two players can pick the same film but are allowed to duplicate cast members  If two players end up with their single remaining pick being the same performer then they are obliged to add a tie breaker to their team this can be any member of their film's cast or crew.   At the end of the round entries are wiped and everyone picks again. All films in the previous round are out of bounds (though could be reintroduced in the subsequent round). Winning films will go into the Hall of Fame and are out of bounds in perpetuity.  The Game will start as soon as your entry is submitted. All entries should be submitted before Thursday 14th April 2022 after which the late entries rules will be applied. Late entries will be accepted but they may not duplicate actors. Those that have already sent me teams via PM will be included on the Masterlist other wise post below but check the other entries and the banned list of films.

Welcome to the Sad Last Days thread. This is not a place for the academic and erudite discussion about potential future picks which would take place in the Ideas and Possibilities thread. This is where we discuss those celebrities who constantly feature in the pages of National Enquirier (and similar sordid titles) where the journalist seems to have hit upon a picture of a celebrity looking a bit rough and decide to write about their iminent death with the scattergun approach that a few times they will be right. They will also like to invoke aspects of tragedy to the rich and powerful celebrities such as family fueds, hidden secrets, arguments about estates or just the decline of their careers. If a wise and enlightened moderator can move over the posts I put in I & P when I suggested this thread we can get the ball rolling. In the UK we can only get the print version of NE. Access to the website is blocked so our US posters may be vital to the success of this thread and it might be a bit pointless to post links. What we are looking for is how often they are right and how many times they can call SLD before it becomes true. SLD can also be read as Tragic final weeks, Fighting for life or accepting their fate.
