Why the hell do you guys hate Maggie so much? Put it as plain and simple as you can. Therefore I would like to understand it properly. (I am Estonian. That is my excuse).

Nick Clegg's political career is just about to die... I hear he is due to sing an appology in a party political broadcast with the aid of an autotune machine. Utter, utter ef'ing tw#t. (And I've voted Liberal in the past.)
What has happened is that he made an apology over the tuition fees and somebody autotuned it into a song. He has given its approval for this video to be sold by iTunes as long as the money goes to charity. (Children's Hospital).
What we don't know is how bad a conservative government without the Lib Dems might have been.
We did have 18 years of them you know
1997 seems a long time ago and I think a lot of people have forgot how bad it was. However I don't think they forgot enough for David Cameron to win an outright majority and now everything he does reminds the population of the UK how arrogant and out of touch his party are with the concerns of real people.

My father-in-law leant my daughter the DVD of the Ladykillers. Herbert is the only surviving member of the cast but my daughter (aged 16) loved it. Superb film. So gentle but wickedly funny

Mitt Romney's chances to gain the Presidency surley has just died, after his quote that it's not his job to care for 47% of the American public.
I think he was observing that 47% of the electorate pay no taxes so don't care about the potential for tax cuts. If I were a Republican surely I would be saying to Mitt Romney get some policies that will get you into that group because if you give up on them 6 weeks before polling day its like getting your excuses in early.
It also sounds like sloppy use of statistics.

Tell me about it I have relatives in both Braunstone and Northfields.
It seems a shame that someone who was once a World Champion finds himself living in such reduced circumstances but it seems the way with quite a few sportsment but probably a disproportionate number of boxers.
When I was growing up I lived in the same village as Champion Boxer Tony Sibson - that was a nice house.

I saw Ranulph Fiennes in the Okehampton branch of Waitrose a few months ago, with a huge amount of sugar in his trolley

It lists potential complications from Parkinson's disease and then extrapolates that MJF will suffer from them.
Has MJF been hospitalised at all recently.
The National Enquirer does get published in the UK but I am not aware of anyone who reads/buys it.

You asked for it. (admittedly that was six years ago). Surprinsungly many of the cast are still with us. Those that have died include Stratford Johns, Derek Waring & David Jackson.
This list includes those that Wikipedia lists as main cast members who actually have their own page. It is interesting to note that not a single female cast member is included.

Nigel has been crowing that the new environment secretary is a thoroughly good bloke (Climate Change Sceptic). He doesn't show any signs of premature demise in the near future so I am thinking he could be one of the names who does not make an appearance on the 2013 list.
