They should just give us a live cam by now.

Agreed on the first point. As for the second point, well, he got older. Unless the photo of him talking to the Zookeeper is very staged, I think he looks like 81-year old people do.
-
By the way, just a few days ago he visited the Zoo for a fourth time (guess we missed the third time): https://www.kentonline.co.uk/gravesend/news/michael-gambon-surprises-kent-zoo-with-fourth-visit-274908/ Looks okay.

Jake here on a photo with Stevie Nicks, a deadpooling 2-for-1, so to say (though I now wonder, is that Stevie or Jake's wife):

Foreign Personalities, From Stage, Screen, Politics And Life
gcreptile replied to Davey Jones' Locker's topic in DeathList Forum
Yep, I followed his news every day. Probably the highest hospitalisation rate for a period I've ever seen. And he recovered! Strong immortal potential. -
Possible. He's already survived 8 years, why not 9?
-
I think we once saw that it takes 8 months from ALS end-of-life care to death. It was exactly those 8 months for Joost Van Der Westhuizen and for David Hagen. They are thinking about putting Rob into end-of-life care, so is it 8 months plus a little extra?

Thanks a lot! Looks like 1930 could use a whole lot more representation.

It's spread so much, it has surrounded him.

Also, Sidney won a "real" Oscar - they both won a honorary one, too, though.

That here, is extremely important. It means, cutting welfare and such will not help, every able body is already working. It means that even within the supply-side logic, there is no argument for reducing public spending. But then, where should the productivity increases come from? How would tax cuts pay for themselves? It is theoretically not possible. Low UK productivity has long been a story in economics by the way. They call it the "productivity puzzle": https://www.mckinsey.com/featured-insights/regions-in-focus/solving-the-united-kingdoms-productivity-puzzle-in-a-digital-age

Poll manipulation at Alaska's Fat Bear Week: https://www.bbc.com/news/world-us-canada-63218790 Bears get unrecognizably fat during salmon season, choose your favourite fat bear... and yes, bear as in, the animal. -
Everyone is. This year is a bit of a lottery here.

Rush Limbaugh called him a fake once...but then, he doesn't count anymore.

Well, it's in the news everywhere, but... ...yeah, he returns to instagram - gets banned, switches to Twitter, gets banned... for going "Death Con 3 on jewish people": https://deadline.com/2022/10/kanye-west-twitter-account-locked-for-perceived-anti-semitism-1235139182/ He's not well.

His successor just got a Nobel Prize. Surely that's enough for him to check out?

I was about to.... However, I do think that this year's list, and I think I said that at the start already, was okay-ish. Lots of people on the list are okay-ish. Not a lot of terminally ill people, but also not easy to drop. If I had to choose, I'd probably drop Dick Van Dyke, Harry Belafonte and David Attenborough instead - even though they are totally A-List. Sandy Gall wrote a book this year.

Ahem... almost time for a Christopher Lloyd vs. Michael J Fox poll.

Quick update.... Yes, I had to add Maury Wills for Cpt. Hemlock. Another left-field hit for him...it took some time, but now, they are finally falling one by one. Plus, I also had to correct an obscure error that happened because I had so many Frank Williams' in my excel file... Grand Uncle Bulgaria profits, for one. In terms of new hits, we had Phil Read for MariNisia and me. Indeed, my posts are always worth reading But there is also Bruno Latour, for drol, msc and DevonDeathTrip.. Plus, there is mother of country Loretta Lynn, hit for quite a few people. And finally, Peter Tobin also goes into the bin here. Many players rejoice. The Top two are unbothered by all the hits, but the followers are making up some ground. The USA's most favourite German in the 60s and 70s, actress Elke Sommer, sold her Hollywood mansion in March: https://www.dirt.com/gallery/entertainers/actors/elke-sommer-house-holmby-hills-1203462922/ Back in Bavaria, she almost had her legs amputated because their blood circulation was pretty much completely gone: https://www.bild.de/unterhaltung/leute/leute/elke-sommer-ihr-drohte-die-bein-amputation-80679498.bild.html (The Bild article also has a picture of Franz Beckenbauer who kind of looks worse than she does, even though he's five years younger. In fact, I think he's looking slightly sick of cancer.)
