Well, if the Internet is right, the answer includes sabotaging oil infrastructure and the implication of doing the same to Norway - to keep the energy prices high in Europe.

Indians seem to be quite the racist race, I don't like them.

Mark Souder might be a small hit for me, but then, it wouldn't be a typical Windy City team of mine, if it didn't contain at least a couple of non-obits.

Just seeing the Bill Turnbull solo... wow...

Not sure if the leadership figures of the conservatives have been more impressive in the past 30-35 years.

Yeah, curious body language. Lukaschenko now sort of in the dominant position. By the way, I think Lukaschenko is more skilled as a dictator than one might think. After all, he's still there.

Yeah, I've also heard the opinion that Darth Vader's story is told, and they should let go. Seems they cant. Pop culture is currently unable to create something new. AI doesn't really help there.

Yevgeni Prigoshin, nicknamed "Putin's cook" for owning the company that provides the Kremlin with food, has confessed to having founded the Wagner mercenary group: https://www.spiegel.de/ausland/wladimir-putin-vertrauter-jewgeni-prigoschin-gesteht-gruendung-der-wagner-soeldner-a-3f685f4b-f1cb-4840-afbd-c88bd5b425c5 Since you usually assassinate the assassins, he might find himself too close to a window eventually. -

Xi Jinping wants to free himself from term limits at the next General Assembly. It's less than optimal timing though with their inability to defeat COVID and the housing bubble deflating. -
Well... His death wasnt over-shadowed by the Queen after all, just a little late. (Arguably, nobody's death was over-shadowed, as it turned out. I thought Jean-Luc Godard got a sufficient amount of coverage.)

Usually I'm not one to post such things, but... God damnit, can't he just fucking die?

Norwegian skiing champion Aksel Lund Svindal has testicular cancer: https://olympics.nbcsports.com/2022/09/24/aksel-lund-svindal-testicular-cancer/ Prognosis is good though. Still remarkable news though because naturally, testicular cancer usually mostly appears for younger men, and he's 39 years old. Norwegian athletes have long been under suspicion for their exceptional results. They have a lot of asthmatics, curiously. Shades of Lance Armstrong.

It's on the Carter Center's twitter account, too, lol, just wanted to post it.

Aww.... sad. I kind of wanted to pick him in a deadpool before he goes, you know, to honor him. He had a quite good album out just last year, so he seemed to do well until recently. I loved Karma, Journey To The One is also great. Lots of gems in the discography, I don't know them all.

Well, as I said elsewhere, I'm watching the Jeffrey Dahmer series on Netflix. His father, Lionel Dahmer, is still alive at 86 and retreated from the public eye in 2020.

Nothing really to say, I just find it funny how she was picked twice.

Upvote for correct thread. With all the 50000 seasons of the show, and drag getting more and more mainstream, I wonder if this "industry" is going to attract the same degree of unstable looking-for-the-quickest-way-to-get-famous people like other deadpooling friendly shows like survivor. As I said before, until now, the fatality rate has been much lower than one might think. I think Cherry is just the 3rd "RuGirl" to die.

Oh wow... and a huge name. Still have to read her Booker Prize-winning trilogy thats on my shelf.

Oh that's sad, and a little unexpected. I mean, such a young death is always unexpected, but he wasn't exactly on the radar. They haven't yet said why he died though, doesn't have to be overdose/suicide. The season 4 premiere was yesterday, coincindentally (?).
