Nice one, I wanted to listen to it, too. That's Miss Violet Chachki, winner of season 7 of RuPaul's Drag Race. -

Alright, after 4 long weeks Brian Henderson makes me do an update. Apart from him, we also had Renee Simonot, Jon Hassell - unique hit for me, Biz Markie - a replacement hit that had also been picked before the replacement period, and a slightly late QO for Gary Corbett - which is important in the grand scheme of things - because it means that Cpt. A clash of strategies? Well, the end is very much open.

Pretty obvious, but.... Jason Statham and Bruce Willis. I think people are just bascially giving their rejected 90s screenplays for Bruce Willis movies to Jason Statham. (new movie Wrath of Man)

Ratt frontman Stephen Pearcy has had "a bit of cancer" for three years, but it's currently stable: https://ultimateclassicrock.com/stephen-pearcy-ratt-cancer/ It was discovered during Hepatitis treatment, so maybe liver cancer? But it's not clear.

Famous celebrity births , pregnancies and babies
gcreptile replied to Gooseberry Crumble's topic in DeathList extra-curricular
My father said, 15 years ago, that they were the last generation to have it better than the ones before. Now, I wonder why he got children... anyway, I'm pretty pessimistic right now, and think a huge population crunch is coming in a few decades. Maybe millenials like me will not live to see it, but the next generation will. -
Well, truthfully, no update was needed ;). An exciting first half gave way to a dull second half. Thanks a lot Joey for hosting once more. Not the easiest job, having to check teams and write the masterlist at the turn of the month six/seven months in a row. A fun idea, that can also be a pain in the ass, for host and players alike. I'll take the win nonetheless! But I can't help feeling being a bit lucky that all my opponents, one heavy hitter after another, just stayed slightly below their possibilities, allowing me to just slip into the next round - with the closest result right at the end. Both msc and I expected a lot more this round. It's probably the only deadpool I win this year, so I am glad it all worked out.

She's still improving - in a Hindu/reincarnation kind of way.

So the news say that Project Artemis aims to send Americans to the moon, but not before 2024. There's currently a bidding war for the private contract between Jeff Bezos and Elon Musk, with the latter apparently winning. I wonder if any current moon astronauts are going to last that long.
