I'm glad we are collecting every single vaccine-related death. This way we can count, I think we're up to five now. -

Yeah, stupid shitpost of me, combining my unwelcome surprise of finding Bono in another neoliberal globalist project, and an actually recently deceased Bono.

Irish author of the Seven Sisters series, Lucinda Riley, dead after 4 years of fighting cancer, at 55: https://www.thebookseller.com/news/lucinda-riley-dies-after-four-year-cancer-battle-1263640 Hm, seems kind of sudden, and signficant. Did we miss it...

Another Belinda Sykes update, proving that she is definitely on the clock, but it's a somewhat slower clock. Still a good bet for a latter half of the year hit though:

This is not a QO for the DDP, because it's not written in english. Still, it's curious that you can do the yahoo url trick even across language borders: https://uk.news.yahoo.com/youtube-star-philipp-mickenbecker-stirbt-084223598.html

Die Zeit is definitely a QO: https://www.zeit.de/zustimmung?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.zeit.de%2Fnews%2F2021-06%2F11%2Fthe-real-life-guys-youtuber-philipp-mickenbecker-ist-tot (Google news proves it without the paywall)

This might work for Philip Mickenbecker, an inconsequential hit: https://www.brytfmonline.com/philip-mickenbecker-†-23-youtuber-is-dead/

In this context, Azam Khan, the Cup and MMMDP pick, still hospitalised even though he's COVID negative now: https://www.livehindustan.com/uttar-pradesh/story-sp-mp-and-former-minister-azam-khan-from-rampur-admitted-to-medanta-hospital-in-lucknow-had-trouble-urinating-4106700.html However, he's had a bladder infection which is now under control. And several other infections, for example, in his lung. Still, he's "stable".

He died on a flight. Makes me wonder if the different air pressure is to blame. Severe COVID seems to attack the inner organs, and makes them vulnerable to, I don't know, tissue being torn apart or something. Those long-COVID-people, like Derek Draper, who "cannot really move", they are permanently damaged.

Never heard of him outside of this forum, but he won the Pritzker Prize, the Nobel Prize for architects. So he should get the broadsheet obits.
