Some say his tweets reflect the medication, some kind of manic episode. Or he's bored. Or maybe, someone just found some kind of robo-tweet database and fired them all.

Sanjay Gupta on CNN has said that they're really throwing the kitchen sink at him - he got a third kind of treatment after a fall of oxygen levels in his blood. Now, Sanjay Gupta is also a bit of an attention whore - however, I find it to be medical malpractice to let Trump leave the hospital on day 5 or 6. There have been many cases of downturns after a week or so, usually when the immune system is "up and running" against the virus. I assume, Trump wants to leave the hospital really badly (he's a hypocondriac and really doesn't like hospitals). And the hospital might even think "Well then, it's not going to be our fault!".
  3. Rasmussen is also in the "narrative polling" business, but even their latest poll had Biden up by 8 points: https://www.rasmussenreports.com/public_content/politics/elections/election_2020/white_house_watch_sep30 Clinton won the national vote by 2,1%, the polling error, according to Nate Silver's site, was only about 1,8 points - since his model showed a final result of Clinton +3,9%. https://projects.fivethirtyeight.com/2016-election-forecast/national-polls/ It took me a while to realize that Clinton never really ran away with it. The polling industry has also realized where their big mistake in 2016 was: not weighting the sample by education. This has been corrected now.
  4. ^^^never heard of their polls. They go against pretty much every other established polling institute - and I mean every single one. Edit: Eh, wingnutty... a quote: "Asked who has had a more positive impact on criminal justice 41 percent say Trump, the same number say Kim Kardasian and just 18 percent say Biden."

Yeah, he's had it for a while now, as I discovered late last year. He actually looked even worse back then. Edit: Ah yes, I posted it on the previous page on December 27th, 2019.

I am surprised that they both have it. I thought Melania and Donald keep their distance..... but maybe it's just that Hope Hicks is actually a mailwoman between these two and infected them both.

You claim to be pro-Sanders, don't you? I don't know how anybody can plausibly defend the position "But Biden is still worse than Trump!". You seem like a standard Trump fan to me. Also, Biden is, of course, right about antifa. It's an idea, a banner to unite under. Germany has relatively strong antifa "movement". It could be the term was even created here. I live in Berlin, you can see the graffiti, the stickers, in many places, and you can do so for over a decade. However, there is no organisation. No "director of antifa", no central budget or central planning.

If I was Biden, I would ask the audience if they aren't tired of all this by now. I will grant Trump this, he is an extraordinary personality. He seems to wear down, by himself, a whole country with his neuroses, perceived grievances, conspiracy theories and shamelessness.
  21. Yesterday, we had two new highest quality polls showing Biden 9 pts ahead in Pennsylvania. I was able to imagine him winning Pennsylvania again, defending all his other states but Michigan and Wisconsin and maaaaybe a surprise win in Nevada or New Hampshire or something.... but as it looks now, his path to winning just isn't there. Trump needs a fundamental change of the race. Tonight's debate might be the best chance, maybe the only one. I bet there's going to be his usual spectacle tonight, maybe even more theatrics than usual, so that it backfires. As long as Biden doesn't drool on camera, he should be fine. You know, a different republicna candidate might actually score a few points here and there. But Trump won't change his approach.
