This Morning presenter Ruth Langsford seems to have quite a few health issues, but not the Coronavirus: https://www.thesun.co.uk/tvandshowbiz/11166358/ruth-langsford-this-morning-ill-today/

I had to check, they closed the museums and everything on the day I left. If I had been going to Italy though, I would be stuck there. Possibly in France and Spain as well. Maybe Morocco or Egypt is still okay.

Ah okay, my bolded name in the update threw me off.

Thanks Joey, but Genesis was merely my first sub, so I'm still at measly three points.

Voted for Philip

RIP... wonderful crazy person puts me on too of the DDP but also possibly out of the Cup.

Back from Greece. Luckily that country has been relatively undramatic about the whole virus. I have to say, the rate of face masks there is much higher than in Berlin (about 20% vs. about... uuhh... 1%).

Iran is now adding cases by more than a thousand per day. I do wonder if Iran and Italy have a somewhat more virulent strain. Germany has now more cases than the Diamond Princess, but no deaths. :knocks on wood: - for it to stay that way!
-
And a unique pick at that - somewhat surprisingly.

Okay, Caroline Laws... wife of radio host John Laws... she was picked here and there, and I think we mentioned her on here somewhere... I can't find it. She died slightly off the radar last week: https://www.9news.com.au/national/caroline-laws-funeral-john-laws-wife-farewelled-after-dying-from-ovarian-cancer/1fcf0ecc-09f1-4d17-8b02-f153a5497651

Jeez, well I can still switch those names, but it's very late... did I or someone else on the committee miss a mail? And I only do it this late because the theme makes it clear that there was a confusion. Expect it tomorrow or sunday...

Let's be honest. The sudden death after "improvement" belongs to those Indian cases just as much as the "miraculous improvement" itself.
-
Ahem, and I will be in Greece from 9th-14th, so no score updates either.
-
Sigh...I am so careless with the reading sometimes..

Well, if you insist.... the oldest man must be Oscar Niemeyer.

Sorry, changed my vote to Genesis. No instagram post in 7 days.

Okay, so out of 60 picks from my three DDP teams, ten have died in 10 weeks. Almost enough for the whole 60/60 rate. Let's see if Russell Brand gives a tribute in the Guardian. (And I will be hoping for some coverage of the "celebration Pete Felton's life" on March 10th)

Deathlist Cup pick Benjamin LaGuer, convicted serial rapist with a Wikipedia page, sent back to prison after compassionate release: https://www.bostonglobe.com/2020/03/03/metro/convicted-rapist-ben-laguer-recently-released-medical-parole-sent-back-prison/ He violated his bail conditions. The medical outlook (weeks, or at most a few months in January) seems unchanged.
