Who, on the 2019 List, Would You Most Like to Meet?
gcreptile replied to Davey Jones' Locker's topic in DeathList Forum
Didn't know it before, but it's not bad. A good feeling for the song. -
Congratulations! And with a bit of a gap to 2nd place, too!

5 years would take her to 2020. So let's see how that goes. It seems she's still quite out and about. But that heavy heart attack, probably because of her chain-smoking, was a warning sign.

Tina Turner - hope she still has the volume. Edit: Also, River Deep, Mountain High is my absolute favourite song. -

Alright 30 entrants, thank you for participating! I also have revealed my names. Two points: My SubSub1 for Hector Timerman was Andrew McGahan, only, I already had him on my team. Anyone against using SubSub2 Edmund Capon? Also, I must have forgotten an X with Bill Freehan, sorry! Hope it's ok. I hope you accept that I couldn't "steal" the name anyway as it was me who showed him on the forum first. I think I've gotten all the answers I needed from you. If you didn't get a question, your team is ok!
-
With the hard cut off - let me say, congratulations DI! Stellar performance, the 5/5 of the replacements might have done it, as I only had 3/5.

His first wife died last year - but that didn't kill Kirk Douglas either.

Thoughts and opinions on the death list 2019
gcreptile replied to The Mad Hatter's topic in DeathList Forum
Yeah, I thought the committee gets bored and picks Herman Wouk instead... A solid list - a few crowdpleasers in there. I think it will be better than last year's one, somewhere around 14-15 hits. -
A pick I like. But his predecessor is fighting cancer.
-
True - most likely DL material in 2-3 years.
-
Well done, for picking up the very recent news. Not quite sure he's one for 2019, but yeah, 80% sure is still a good rate.
-
Yeah good pick. Last "original" Rock'n'Roller I think?
-
Well, I was intrigued by picking her and then wait for another whole year, like with Shalom Ouanounou - but no, I didn't go there. Painful, if Ouanounou receives an indirect QO through her next year...
-
Last call for entries! Also: I will be away from home from the 3rd to the 6th of January. So I will move pretty quickly with the master list - beginning with those who have posted their teams in this thread.
