Could be an "intentional" sex accident.

Oh. Also an activist on the deficit. One of the people who claim to care about public finances but who are more interested in increasing their own wealth.

Harrison Ford is like a one-man dinosaur rock band. Playing the greatest hits on another tour, and another tour, and another tour...

Best Historic Dl Forum Threads
gcreptile replied to Spade_Cooley's topic in DeathList extra-curricular
Well then... the Bubolic Plague thread around 1350. Hampered by two facts: no celebrity culture yet, and a third of the forum dying from it. Well, and that there was no Internet. -
Saw the picture yesterday, I just thought that you don't see him standing or walking anymore.

Already annoyed that Vanessa LaFaye keeps my B-team from having the full 20/20.

The Rolling Probabilistic Ddp Scoreboard
gcreptile replied to gcreptile's topic in DeathList extra-curricular
Oh what to do about all those non-obits? I have... reduced Vanessa LaFaye's obitability to 5%. I think the chance of an indirect obit are basically non-existent. For some reason The Times didn't follow up on their coverage. I have reduced Cynthia Heimel's obitability to 30%. The non-obit took me by surprise, and I don't want to rule out the possibility that some other feminist mentiones her in the Guardian, at some point this year. I have reduced Shalom Ouanounou's obitability to 50% (from 60%) (However, Ouanounou's mortality increased from 80%, or something like that, to 100%). The case still goes on, possibly up to the Canadian Supreme Court, and there is the possibility of an indrect obit via Taquisha McKitty. Regular hits since the last update were Emma Hannigan, Stephen Hawking (for Alternatively in the News) and Alva Campbell (for DI's B-Team). Apart from that, the other hits were not members of teams I had scored. 1. Dead Ends (181,335) --- 2. Bucket of Blood (179,455) --- 3. Deceased Hose (178,97) --- 4. The Love Boat (178,125) +5 5. Dead Wait (175,325) -1 6. Day in the Death (174,925) -1 7. Still Life (173,195) -1 8. Wormer, he's a dead man!... (173,1425) -1 9. To Kill a Gabor Sister (167,8225) +1 10. Drollercoaster (167,5125) +1 11. Ethnic Cleansing (164,94) -3 12. Shaun of the Dead 69 (164,153) --- 13. Pan Breed (163,5) +1 14. GUN Ami Brown (163,2425) +1 15. GUN Gabriele Grunewald (163,1025) +1 16. Poochie Died on the way back to his home planet (162,4025) +1 17. The Living End (161,955) +1 18. Thomas Jefferson Survives (159,445) -5 19. People who I tihnk might die in 2018 United (158,243) +1 20. Heading Nowhere (158,0325) +1 21. DDP Tofoa (157,09) re-entry Edit: I forgot, I also reduced the obitability of Kevin Carr down to 5%, finally. -
Ok, after a first round of incomplete listening, I prefer the Italian opera of Estonia (yeah, I liked the Opera scene in The Fifth Element, too) and the french song, except for the final 30 seconds of mercy-mercy-mercy.... if that had been any different, I would have had my choice for winner. I don't understand why people apparently like the Danish song quite a bit. It seems that this is the one the guitar fans unite around. Though I think both the Dutch song and the Hungarian song are superior. I have a suspicion there's going to be a little Sweden-backlash - it's just too much a generic-yet-contemporary-with a little mix of Justin Bieber-thing. Portugal is lovely again. Wonder how that song about "love when we're older" (edit: Lithuania) or something is going to do. I don't like my heartstrings pulled that much, but others will like it. About Norway - I think the concept is totally messed up, artist and song don't fit together. Poland, yes the song is good. Honorable mentions: Croatia, Slovenia (generic, yet exactly what plays at the gym), Finland (oh-so-typical ESC dance pop, but in that category the best this time), Israel (this time I'm not buying the gimmick-y song, but it'll do well) The belgian song reminds me of Sheryl Crow's Bond theme...

Keyboard Cat is dead: Edit: As I am going through the thread, it's probably not the original keyboard cat, just the "remake" cat.

Damn, I didn't realize Tafoya was not unique. Ok, then it's looking grim (but seriously, I shouldn't expect to win based on one hit alone). I think Armand Bolduc was a bad pick, for this month.

Sir Creep's pick Tom Benson has died: http://www.nfl.com/news/story/0ap3000000921561/article/new-orleans-saints-owner-tom-benson-dies-at-90 Doesn't change THAT much because I needed two hits already before his death, because of Brandon Jenkins' age. My most likely hits (in my opinion) are Mansoor Ahmed and Arthur Tafoya. These two would still beat Sir Creep's two hits based on age. (Mansoor Ahmed and Satoru Anzaki as well). Still, I also expected one out of Bob Dole and Herman Wouk to die this month. The possibility to win through them, is gone by now.

I will only pick Patrick Duffy after he has died.

Maybe he just realized all these convention appearances aren't quite cheap to get to...and he's always done them for free..

Well, quinsy is that thing Bianca Gasscoigne has and Bianca Gascoigne is the one who has quinsy. They were made for each other - unless Bianca Gascoigne also happens to be quinsy.

Need to give them a listen this weekend. Glad I was not alone with my love for Romania the last time. Portugal was a bit too fragile/whiny for me, still ok though. Think Germany will again be on the podium from the bottom up (can you say that? I don't know.).

Well, and HD makes people look older.
