I'm starting to believe that I will advance. Good luck to you as well.

If you're in a mood for a gamble: Australian fashion designer Gary Bigeni has lymphoma: https://www.pedestrian.tv/news/gary-bigeni-cancer-fight/ First round of chemo didn't work. Second, more aggressive round is upcoming. He got a Daily Mail mention in 2017 and a Guardian mention in 2015, though only as part of a fashion show. And you can't participate in a fashion show when you're dead.

He's been one of the great teasers ever since I've been here.

I'm ahead, but am I still faster? Still - the statistics based approach yielded good results here. They are better and safer the bigger the pool is. 60 people here, 50 people in the Death By Numbers.

"Silent blob" is great.

Well Done, DI! Good to see you rewarded for the risk (I assume the Guardian is the only, but very likely obit source.). I tried the one-tweet + silence thing for my first B-Team with Roh Tae-Woo and Jim McLean - didn't work. I would have risked it again (and been rewarded) if Labour MP Frank Doran had survived that one tweet for more than 24 hours.

Hey! Rachel Cowan actually started some initiative or something. And Derek Elvy got accepted for the Hare's! But I thought my team would do well enough without them so I didn't argue and well, they are still alive and were both in the press last month...so it doesn't matter. Anyway, may I nominate some new subs just in case? I think I'm down at least two after Scott Westgarth.

A little update on my Generation Game pick New Zealand businessman Sir Owen Glenn: http://www.nzherald.co.nz/business/news/article.cfm?c_id=3&objectid=11972051 Still fighting liver cancer, lost a lot of weight (which has reversed his diabetes), he had 22 operations, not just cancer-related but also an epidural haematoma. On the other hand, he has a "globe-spanning schedule" this year.

Interesting comments under the related Facebook notice... no bombshell, but interesting.

A little early, but I have submitted my team for the 2nd round now. The "mystery person" I alluded to a couple of pages ago, is still alive and now picked by me. If I don't advance, I will reveal the name on the 1st.

I just noticed that nobody picked US Special Counsel Robert Mueller. There must be quite a few people who wish him dead.

Emma Houlston - picked by me and Cpt. Chorizo last year is still alive - after a year of silence. She's on immunotherapy but has to take a break from it now: https://www.gofundme.com/EmmaLastStand
