Let's see if I get an obit for the passing of former University President Rev. John Schlegel. I guess it's a bit on the unlikely side, but I wanted to test the reach of these american obit sources. Edit: Does it count if Associated Press (AP) creates the news for other sources, but doesn't have it on their page? Like, this here: http://www.washingtontimes.com/news/2015/nov/16/former-creighton-president-schlegel-dies-at-72/ iscopy/pasted from AP, like many news pages do.

Ooh, that's a biggie! I'm not totally sure, but I guess he was an A-List name in the IT world. Now I'm tempted to ask you... are you an IT guy? -

Terrorists & Topical Terrorist Targets

, aye true. But "laicist" is usually a jokey attempt at calling someone a rascist combined with mimicking a Chinese accent... Aah ok. It's true, you don't hear that word very often... By the way, the Guardian Live ticker, with IS announcements... it's shocking. Eight brothers carrying explosive belts and guns targeted areas in the heart of the French capital that were specifically chosen in advance: the Stade de France during a match against Germany which that imbecile François Hollande was attending; the Bataclan where hundreds of idolaters were together in a party of perversity as well as other targets in the 10th, 11th and 18th arrondissement France and those who follow its path must know that they remain the principal targets of the Islamic State. -
press the search bar at the top of the screen then you press copy when it appears then you whike you are typing you press the area you are typing until past appears and then you click paste and the link should appear. Nowt (yet) on the news sources where you'd expect it to appear, give it an hour. http://www.mirror.co.uk/tv/tv-news/warren-mitchell-dead-alf-garnett-6831178 Oh, he was about to turn 90 in January. I bet he was a prime candidate for the next Death List.

Terrorists & Topical Terrorist Targets

Something else, our national football team had actually received a bomb thread the day before the game (to be more precise, their hotel did.). During the game, the reporters said that it turned out to be a false alarm. But... maybe the plan was there and something went awry? Or that warning was actually a decoy? @ Charon: I'm afraid, I don't get what you're saying. Laicité is one of the core principles of France: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/La%C3%AFcit%C3%A9. -

One could actually hear the detonations on the TV while watching the game, as I did. I didn't realize what it was, because we then went out to see "Spectre" (I liked it quite a bit, though probably not as much as Skyfall or Casino Royale.). France is a very laicist nation, which is an insult to very religious people already. And then France has been at the forefront at the fight against islamic terrorism for a while, in Mali, in Libya and in Syria. Personally, I think Hollande is currently one of the better statesmen in office, much better than Merkel, though you'll find many people who'll disagree. IS needs to be fought "officially", i.e. via declaration of war. Germany should participate. We usually like to hide (since World War II) and let other people do the hard work, because we don't want to spoil our trade with totalitarian régimes. Also, it would activate a lot of terrorist potential within our own country - and that might trigger debates we are afraid to have (..cough...Merkel... refugees...potentially more than 10 Million in the next 5 years). But with each new terrorist strike, I'm finding myself a little more unsettled, maybe even radicalized (an effect of getting older?). Maybe I'll even add al-Baghdadi to my main list...he's on my B-team at the moment. -

Wikipedia has him dead now, Jihadi John, that is. -
Sandra Day O'Connor is now in a wheelchair, Also, B.B. King could be replaced by Little Richard. Also, Aung San Suu Kyi might have a little accident, if she will govern as self-assured as she has campaigned.

He doesn't necessarily have Ebola. The text says that this ward is for any highly contagious disease, not just Ebola. He doesn't necessarily have any other highly-contagious disease either. The text also says "He was taken to the Lyme Building where there is a less public entrance than the main ones", probably for security reasons. Though of course, he may be seriously ill. Carelessly dropped the soap a few too many times...that'll teach him to use a less public entrance. "Overdosed on chocolate" according to Vince Hill. Shouldn't these be in the Rolf Harris thread btw? If it was a choccie binge, is that a cry for help/suicide attempt, then? Hmmm Might be a better 2016 bet than I figured. I'd actually agree with that. Apparently, he's diabetic, so he "overdosed" on purpose to get out of prison. I think he's beginning to realize that he might never be free again.

That's basically the main reason not to put a bunch of terrorists on my team - they might be dead, but we won't know it for years, see: Mullah Omar. -
My favourite DDP team name this year is "Finding Chemo"... it's not a cancer theme team, though.

I shortly had the idea to field a "Fifth Beatle" theme team. And while there were good candidates among them, there weren't enough left. Still, there is this: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fifth_Beatle

So we do have a winner! Well, there were only 3 or 4 plausible dates. And there was the language advantage so I knew how serious it was, in a way, that the two people who voted before me, might not have done.
