Yes, the 'real' big one will hit Istanbul, and we'll be talking six-figure if not seven-figure deaths. It will happen eventually, the way the fault lines are.

scrap that, have to look... What about this, something from Munich - must then be 2002. https://www.faz.net/aktuell/sport/leichtathletik-em-silber-und-bronze-fuer-boergeling-und-lobinger-171632.html

Ugh, that's a terrible rule (I guess I never stop...), hopefully, there's someone slower than me. There is at least one, so..

    Life In Prison

Irish gang leader Cornelius Price has now died more than a year after falling into a coma: https://www.thesun.ie/news/10252539/cornelius-price-dead-brain-condition-age/ Somewhat popular deadpool pick last year, mostly forgotten now.

It's not insane, sorry, you want the judges you appoint to be young. And senior judges are not "on the bench". They get replaced by a successor and often handle just enough to keep their offices.

    1. Jimmy Carter

None of the judges he appointed are still in active status though. About two dozen still have senior status, which I assume mostly equals "not dead": https://en.m.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_federal_judges_appointed_by_Jimmy_Carter And that's not that unusual as he only appointed judges below Supreme Court, i.e. people in mid-career. The later Supreme Court justice Stephen Breyer is among them, as was RBG, who he survived.

That one annoys me a little. A yahoo QO is there, btw.

Former DDP pick actually. Curiously random that he shows up again.

Youtube recommended me this interview: The beginning is very good, a good interviewer. He also asks some introductory questions that might interest us. It looks like he has still some time, maybe a couple of years, left. Also, on the topic of ChatGPT, unfortunately it does not want to predict deaths. I tried.

Dancers always have great posture, so his appearance may be deceiving, but I dont think it is. At that age, it's all you could wish for.

    Olivia Newton-John

Her breast cancer has returned and it has spread: http://www.mirror.co.uk/3am/celebrity-news/olivia-newton-john-breast-cancer-10530974 (Yes, getting there before Gooseberry Crumble does it.)

    The D-A-CH-DeathList 2024 (page 18)

I don't know if the Anglo-American media have something similar, but in Germany it's perfectly possible to ride on the success of one big hit for decades, in spite of the ridiculousness of everything that follows. Tony Marshall was one of the examples. See also, Jürgen Drews (70+ and recently retired after health problems), Roberto Blanco (85 years old, inexplicably alive), Bill Kaulitz (of Tokio Hotel, still not dead from drug overdose/suicide/freak accident).

    Life In Prison

GIrlfriend killer sentenced to death Hank Skinner, died before the execution date: https://www.myhighplains.com/news/local-news/tdcj-reports-death-of-hank-skinner-prior-to-september-execution-date/ Sadly, he did not skin his victim. His wikipedia page is rather lengthy because several times, his execution was delayed almost at the last minute.

    The D-A-CH-DeathList 2024 (page 18)

Seems the reform of our internal processes worked! Admittedly, both Tony Marhsall and Tim Lobinger were prime candidates anyway.

    Hartlepool Deadlypool 2023

Tony Marshall is dead, also too early for me, but seemingly unique, at least: https://www.spiegel.de/kultur/musik/tony-marshall-ist-tot-schoene-maid-schlagersaenger-gestorben-a-aff760c3-e111-44af-920e-b299e32294ab Edit: He died in the evening, so most likely after Tim Lobinger.

Didn't he recently say that he was now trying medical marijuana as a therapy? Anyway, he's now moved on to oxygen therapy: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-11762587/A-Place-Suns-Jonnie-Irwin-reveals-hes-begun-Oxygen-Therapy-amid-battle-terminal-cancer.html

    Bruce Willis

Reading through comments on Reddit about the news...now people reveal they've known about it for years, 2017, maybe even since 2013. I assume all the blind items about an A-List actor with dementia were about him, and not about Jack Nicholson, who was frequently mentioned.

    Hartlepool Deadlypool 2023

Tim Lobinger, slightly early hit for a few: https://www.spiegel.de/sport/tim-lobinger-ehemaliger-stabhochspringer-im-alter-von-50-jahren-gestorben-a-0917f947-6b5b-47b1-a5b2-0a4cc2b1cdee

Linda Nolan update: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-11754293/Linda-Nolan-63-shares-new-health-update-battles-cancer-time.html Her lymphedema treatment is going very well. She had some treatment that failed, so she had to return to chemo, but I cant tell if this was September 2022 or 2021. She has lots of plans until August and should make it. I am getting the feeling though that she definitely wont see 2025.
