Wait, if the high score is 421, then why doesn't this number appear on the main forum page?

    The Deathlist Howto

Hi, I have a question about the "Most Online" feature. Is it really likely that 175 registered members logged in at deathlist.net simultaniously when Thatcher died? Or does the count include guests as well? Also, is it possible for the admins to check old revisions of the record? Lastly, who is likely to break the current one? Any guesses? Ďakujem, Predictor.

WTF? It's only BadEgg, there's no need to go all Casablanca on us or something. Also on the other hand we should say if we like someone, no need to be all defeatist and nihilist and stuff.....

Hi. The oldest living Curt Bergsten in Sweden is born in 1933. So number 3 is not alive anymore.

New Here And Just Saying Hello

I see this as a sign that I should learn a new language. Already, I've learned that the Slovakian word for "copy" is "kopìrovat`. Or should I just be praguematic and stick to Swedish? Yes, I considered this option very closely and came to the conclusion that I did not want to ask my friends for help with a USB dick.

Wow, it worked! For some strange reason it's in Serbian language (?) but who cares, it worked. Many thanks, Magere. So you've been to Sweden before? Did you like it here? Business or holiday?

New Here And Just Saying Hello

Steps 1-12 went smoothly but 13 is giving me an error message. When I type cd /pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/latest/win32/sk I get the following message: "Anslutningen stängdes av fjärrvärden". So some sort of ftp connection was closed?

Do you have a working ftp client on that computer? In most Windowses there is one, a command line client, named ftp. Mozilla has a public ftp server with downloads for almost everything they publish. If you need assistance downloading a file there, I can help. regards, Hein Now that you mention it, there is this thing called Kommandotolken. I thought it was just a remnant from the 80s so I've never used it before. Help from you would be greatly appreciated. Btw, here's the message I get when trying to start the old fox... @Charon. Explorer stopped working on my computer in 2011 hence I switched to another browser.

New Here And Just Saying Hello

Well, often people can be real chatterboxes when they arrive at a new environment so it wouldn't be surprising. It's like how excited children get on the first day of snow. Your new avatar didn't show up on my screen until recently though. Perhaps because I've been forced to use my iPhone since September. Mozilla Firefox on my computer doesn't start and since I don't have a browser, I can't install another browser. Quite the Catch-22, right? I hate typing on my phone because the buttons are so small so I make 100s of typos if I write too fast. Strange as it sounds, I'm glad no one from my DL teams have died this autumn because I wouldn't be able to update my signature. Sure, I could buy a new one but I have other more important priorities for my money.

Shadow lists usually have 50 names, right? If not, 8 is actually a good number for a DDP entry if you go by the mathematical Golden Ratio. 20 names Men: 12.36 (round down to 12) Women: 7.64 (round up to 8) 50 names Men: 30.9 (round up to 31) Women: 19.1 (round down to 19) 150 names <---For Lewd Squirrel Men: 92.71 (round up to 93) Women: 57.29 (round down to 57)

    Pornogrind

DeathRay, there is no way a respectable British newspaper would publish an obituary for a pornogrind artist, or whatever you call it. So this is a POINTLESS thread. No offence...

    Ideas And Possibilities For 2015

Greetings. According to a message board thread in 2013, Nancy Barbato has suffered from Alzheimer's disease for several years now. Is she obitable? I think her previous marriage to Frank Sinatra makes her that. Regards, Predictor.

Well, I'm fairly confident that Olivia will live to see 2016. But okay, we might as well replace some of the men you mentioned instead. The DL is already too male dominated. Undoubtably because men don't live as long as women. I call it playing it too safe. It's way disproportionate.

    Maureen O'hara

This would be an ideal substitute for Olivia in the 2015 DL. 1. Her career was just as profilic and successful as Olivia's. 2. She is wheelchaired. 3. She has diabetes. 4. She recently won an honorary Oscar, meaning that she has one less incentive to "keep on going."

Foreign Personalities, From Stage, Screen, Politics And Life

I thought when this thread started it was meant for people from foreign language countries(Ie non english speaking) since there is already a thread for Australian and Canadian celebs. A substantial amount of Canadian films are in French (Quebec) so those would be better placed here. As for Australia...well, what if some Aborigins make a movie in their own language?

Foreign Personalities, From Stage, Screen, Politics And Life

Granted, it may appear "trollish" to mention a former politician in an actors thread but it's actually not. In 1937, Gough worked as a small-time actor/bit player in an Australian film. While his role was insignificant, fact still remains: he has a movie in his resume. It's mentioned in his own thread here btw. http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0926042/?mode=desktop&ref_=m_ft_dsk If Paul or anyone else wants to warn me, I won't mind, but I don't think they deem my post as "warn-worthy".

Foreign Personalities, From Stage, Screen, Politics And Life

Australian one-time actor Gough Whitlam (1916-2014) died a few days ago. I know it's been mentioned elsewhere but technically he also belongs in here. Off-Topic: Does my signature make it look like a guy named "Alfredo Di" died but another named "Stefano" is still alive? Just wondering...
