I couldn't find a 'Dead animals' or 'Deceased chimpanzees' thread, so I'll post here.
The last surviving P.G.Tips chimp, 'Choppers', (who played Ada in the 1970s adverts) has died, aged 48 years.
One more for the (ashes) pot.
There used to a thread titled Animal Antics. It might still be around or possibly merged with another.
Animal Antics is in the extra curricular section. I'll give a pass this time, even though it's posted in at least a couple times a week and rarely leaves the first page of threads. But just this time.

He hasn't been absent that long? I was speaking to him a month and a half or so ago - which is less than you "disappeared" for. Maybe he got the same sentence?

I've learnt from recent experience that it's quality, not quantity, that entertains the regulars here.
Therefore ! I will try to post once a week,.. if that.

Im afraid most of the quality posting was left back in 2007.
Nowt wrong with peppering shite posts liberally amongst the various threads, I do it all the time.
The trick is not to give a fuck.
Best advice I've learned from here... hence my swift return LFN. Albeit lesson learned & curbing the OTT this time around though.

Not really - Death Star last active 2004 and Staying Alive - 2013 and Staying Alive 2 - 2008 and Tuber Mirum - 2015
Unless there was even more. DDT, Boudicca and Lady Grendel are also inactive but have conveniently set there last active to private.

Amazing how one person starts the ball rolling about something so utterly trivial, obviously they have no vested interest (unlike somebody once upon a time.....) in who, what, why or when regarding our mods but still makes an issue out of fuck all.

The bastards ripped Mrs Taters off recently. She ordered 8 wine glasses, two were broken on arrival & they didn't refund her when she wasted £3.25 calling their 0300 C/S number.
