TLC

Born in Bexleyheath, Kent, now live in erm, Bexleyheath, Kent. BUT, I did move via Leicester (although only due to Uni), and now live almost a full 1/2 mile away from my parent's old house, so I'm certainly not stuck in a rut by any means... Very scary when the only people who seem to have left the area are my parents; the people in the local pub even still seem to sit in the same places that they did about 15 years ago. I'd like to think they have moved at some point between my visits.

Cheers Cowboy Ronnie, I wondered what I'd managed to do that could warrant a warning. When I clicked on the link there's no message from anybody so perhaps it's just random, especially considering my 3 posts (or 4 including this one) have been pretty tame. Even more tame after looking at some of the more controversial posts you can get on this forum due to the potentially sensitive nature of the subject matter! Not that I've found anything offensive on here, but you know how some people spend their life looking for new things to get morally outraged about. Regarding your views on TLC the group, perhaps I'm biased against them due to the name thing. I will admit she seems to have done some things in her time that merit her place in pop history, the burning down of her cheating boyfriends' house is a classic in it's own right! But I'm not gonna rush to get her back catalogue.

Indeed he is, and according to his agent's web page he can boast of recent appearances in casualty (the TV prog, not for real) and Snow White & the Seven Dwarves, which makes me wonder what part he played... Perhaps he has hidden talent. I got my user name from my real initials, which were never commented on until the band of the same name (who could at least have had the decency to be good) suddenly appeared in the early '90's. I bet you can imagine the hilarity of being told 'not to chase waterfalls' several thousand times by people who think they're the first.... It wasn't even funny first time. I tend to use my initials on any website that allows it, but would have tried to think of something more relevant to this site with hindsight. Maybe TC would make more sense now, after the L in TLC rolled a 7 several years ago, but then that's also Top Cat... No reason for the Brian Cant Avatar, I suppose a Lisa 'Left-Eye' Lopez pic would make more sense, but there you go.

I'm not sure if Tinker from Lovejoy can be bettered as the most 'AAAA+ list' celeb you could wish to meet; hats off to Tempus Fugit I say. The closest I can manage is Cheryl Baker from Bucks Fizz fame, and I got her autograph! And the autographs of several far less famous people, although Gonch, the Ginger one from 80's Grange Hill no less, was possibly one of them. This heady introduction to the world of celebrity was in my local park about 20 years ago (the Bexley Festival in Danson Park, probably doesn't deserve capitals), so the two above were both still quite famous at the time. But already desperate by the look of it... I have since shunned the celebrity limelight, hard as that may be to believe.
