Well I imagine that's her plan. As much chance as LRZ making it in the NFL. [i.e. not zero]

Considering it's the King we're talking about there must be a joke in there about his doctor having to be prostrate while carrying out the procedure

Doesn't the treatment involve shaving bits of it off with a laser so that the urine flows more freely?

True, although the one you have pictured, Armin van Buuren, is famously very level headed and not a party animal at all. He has built his huge State of Trance business and associated labels, while having a stable family life too.

The judge said 'she ran the charity like her own personal fiefdom'.

He missed his chance to make a whale\irwin\rantzen type announcement in October that this would be his last Christmas

I'd classify it as not being a good age. There are Western males who have led very unhealthy lifestyles, or had serious health issues, and lived into their 90s, in fact it's quite common nowadays. I would put the dividing line between good age and bad age at 80, anyone going in their 70s has reason to feel aggrieved.

I think he'll go in around August. He seems like the person who might not fight it too much, and just accept whatever happens.

Would it have really been so difficult to announce this 2 weeks ago? I wonder if anyone picked him.

Every time I see this thread updated I'm rushing to see if it's McMichael -
Biggest death in this area was undoubtedly Avicii a few years back. Jorn van Deynhoven is one that had serious health problems: https://www.edmtunes.com/2020/12/jorn-van-deynhoven-will-stop-djing-and-producing-return-to-co-producing-and-managing/ Also Hardwell suffered mental health problems similar to Avicii: https://edm.com/interviews/hardwell-interview-apple-music-new-album-mental-health-avicii

The idea of Branson in a sex tape with his little beard is enough to put me off my dinner.

Absolute legend of the game. My first memories of watching the five nations were of him in his mud-spattered red kit and outrageous sideburns haring down the wing.

If you don't know Ma Long, Timo Boll, badminton players like Lin Dan and Taufik Hidayat, Padel players like Lebron/Galan or Cuello/Tapia or squash players like Ali Farag and Diego Elias then you are clearly not much of a fan of racquet sports [disclaimer: I am currently unable to name any real tennis, pickleball or Eton Fives players]. Stick to watching Wimbledon for 2 weeks a year or whatever the American equivalent of that is.

When we've been loving him so long.

Forthcoming headlines: Garraway: how I helped Derek through his last days Kate the Saint still in mourning New Garraway documentary to air Kate Garraway: how I found love again 'I know Derek would have wanted me to find happiness' says Garraway in advance of her wedding

So now we just have to wait for Jimmy Carter to make a big speech. The next day he'll be gone.

Strange I opened the guardian website this morning and no mention of this death at all. Perhaps because of his lack of fame they only put it in the UK edition not the international edition. I only found out because I saw an obituary for David Soul in the guardian and then came to death list to see if he was on the list or not.

I like ladies ping pong but only the version with a dry ball. Although the patpong ladies are also elite athletes in a way.

Can this thread be expanded to other (better) racquet sports like squash, padel, badminton and ping pong?

I can just imagine 'how much for a happy ending' being said in Stephen Hawking's voice

She was a fraudster who did untold damage to the charity sector.
