The first time Timothy Spall grabbed my attention was with his part as Oswald Bates in Stephen Poliakoff's wonderful Shooting the Past.

Hmm, could have been out for 27. -
What is this the Belgian parliament? You can speak your mind. Management will probably cheerfully ignore your mind, so: pretty much.

I don't think that's a suitable venue for a DL con: no beer. -

I trust the Scots have some juicy idiom to express what they think mr Trump can do with his massive investment.

I got to meet Sir Douglas Bader when I was about 7 or 8. It was at a charity fete at Queen Mary's hospital in Roehampton, London. He was very arrogant, and barely spoke to anyone. He didn't have a leg to stand on. Or was he, dare I suggest it, entirely legless? DSO & Bar, DFC & Bar, need I say more?

According to news site nu.nl she's much better and back to work, whatever that is: Boyfriend thought Yfke Sturm wouldn't survive water sport accident. (24 December 2015) Yfke? Short for I Fucked Ye? In some circles, 'water sports' has a second meaning... Say no more!

It might get mentioned, in the royalty section, say.

On January 1 Dutch singer Annie de Reuver died, aged 98. She was quite famous in the 1940s and 50s. Apparently she wasn't that famous abroad: no English language obit.
-
no, she is a famous author who won the Thomas Cook travel book award and she is a regular contributor to the London book reviews. I see, she even has a Wikipedia entry. I jumped to conclusions after reading her tweets cited above. Sorry for that.

There is a game in that, though: predict when the next hit will come.

Who the fuck is this Jenny Disky? Some famous for dying cancer mum? That's not DL.

I´ll bite. I think you´re a crackpot. What exactly is your point or are your points? I see a lot of links, that may or may not point to facts that may or may not be a propos. Please explain.
