dead Sheila Rossall (Infamous Sick Girl From The Seventies)
Magere Hein replied to Vinegar Tits's topic in DeathList Forum
Yes she was real and yes bless her she did die in 2006 and her brother is very much alive and well and could easily read this, try and think before you write potentially upsetting comments which friends and family might accidentally stumble across as i did Trying... Thinking... Potentially upsetting comments which friends and family might accidentally stumble across... Yes, got one: glad she's dead. -
I agree Judith Durham is the more talented Ha! Only one talent counts here, and we all have it.

First, let's wait and see what that little "bump" was. If it's a recurrence of the cancer, that's bad enough, but if it's not resected within the next few weeks/months, it's likely terminal. As SC said above, he has a "bad" type of liposarcoma (pleomorphic l.), with relatively high recurrence rates and aggressive behaviour, so definitely one to keep an eye on in 2016, regardless of the optimistic statements issued by those close to him. (Even if it's operated on again, he might end up like Hugo Chavez, with the cancer coming back after each surgery. His cancer type was never revealed, but suspected to be a soft-tissue sarcoma, like Rob's.) It is also highly unusual for this sort of cancer to spread to the tissue around the urinary bladder and probably indicative of the presence of highly aggressive malignant neoplasms in his system IMHO. I'm 90% sure he's going in my DDP squad. /me nods.

Adams. These are interesting times, with dead certs happily breathing and hits coming from unexpected sides, and the Black Rabbit may come and get mr Adams any time.

I'm pretty sure Billy Graham is real (otherwise we are all wasting our time!). He won't be real much longer, though.

There's little between them: same age, same kind of health trouble. Guess it's a matter of probabilities, and I think Joni holds the better cards.

Welcome, Angels. A forum like DeathList needs a few lurkers. We may not notice them much, we know they're there. -
Love the 'tache!

Ajax defender Joël Veltman is today's best loved footballer in Rotterdam. Victory!

Aha, a real "oude hoer1"! 1Dutch slang for someone who constantly talks bollocks. It reads like something Charon might say to describe her. The slang word is normally written ouwehoer and pronounced "ow-er-whoor", strongly stressed at the last syllable, so he might indeed.

What Do You Think Of The 2015 Death List?
Magere Hein replied to Davey Jones' Locker's topic in DeathList Forum
Thanks for that. I had similar thoughts recently: it's not November yet and we're at 12, that's 1.2 per calendar month. Keep up this pace, and we'll net 2.4 more hits before January, rounded down to 2, so we end up with 14 hits and a fair chance at 15. Keeping up the pace is the operative word here, a fickle game at best. -
Sad last days indeed, if we choose to believe the National Enquirer.

The King and Queen are doing a state visit to China. While there, Queen Máxima is enjoying a Pyelonephritis.

Flip Saunders' death was a case of euthanasia, perhaps? -

I suppose cancer researchers want to know too. I haven't given their work much attention in the last few years, but I suppose in the future cancer treatment will be much more tailored to the patient. -
Cool!

As I understand it, the wisdom learned in this topic lives in Unwritten Rule 42 section 69: "No kids." Otherwise it is testament to the fact that media attention can fade almost as fast as it arrives.

The DL Ethics Commission obviously took notice.
