Eastern Australia, New Zealand and parts of South America will see the planet Saturn disappear behind the moon on the night of 25th/26th April. Start and end times for various locations can be found here. It can be seen with the naked eye but even a small pair of binoculars will enhance the view.

I think he died in obscurity decades ago. Is there any chance one of our American members, who has access to the likes of Ancestry, can do a check for us?

I've had a good ferret around and can't find a tweet or anything else for that matter. The tinyurl quoted was assigned to https://www.oe24.at/sport/euro2008/ko_runde/article320545.ece which comes up as a blank page on this site. Tinyurl say their links aren't time limited. I reckon it's a hoax.

No, I don't think so. It seems Doreen's parents are Horace L (Leonard?) Spooner and Ada E Tribe whilst Dennis' parents are Thomas G Spooner and Lily F Brinkley.

A friend of mine had a skin graft from his arse to his face; he loves it when his mother-in-law greets him with a kiss on the cheek.
-
It seems he can still stand on one leg though whilst he shines his shoe on the back of his trouser leg.

I sent you a personal message about three of four years ago with a full image that wouldn't get cropped. You deleted the message without bothering to read it first.
-
No because you insist on cropping the picture.

The planet Mercury reaches its maximum western elongation on the 11th April and for our friends in Australia and New Zealand that means it will be relatively high in the sky at sunrise over the next few days. Depending upon where you are, it will be about 10 to 15 degrees above the horizon an hour before sunrise, rising to about 25 to 30 degrees at sunrise. It will be fairly bright at a magnitude of about 0.6 and can be easily located just below the very bright Venus. Auckland: Sydney: Darwin: Perth: All of the above are one hour before local sunrise.

That's because we don't have an unusual deaths thread. I think you mean Interesting Ways To Die...
