DevonDeathTrip 2,358 Posted June 21, 2008 Schapelle Corby has been hospitalised with psychiatric problems and 'may be placed in a mental institution'. She's been a bit down since her final appeal failed. She has 16 years left to serve.

DevonDeathTrip 2,358 Posted August 24, 2009 Not dead, just "clinically insane" and suffering from delusion and paranoia. She should cheer up a bit, she's served nearly a quarter of her sentence already.
Guest The Sickle Posted August 29, 2009 Notorious convicted Australia drug smuggler Schapelle Corby has allegedly gone insane in her Bali prison, or so claims a psychaitrist hired by Corby's family of well-known criminals, as first reoorted in that bastion of journalistic integrity and hard-hitting stories, Woman's Day magazine.... http://www.news.com.au/story/0,27574,25973488-401,00.html http://www.news.com.au/comments/0,23600,25973488-401,00.html http://www.abc.net.au/news/stories/2009/08/24/2665415.htm http://www.abc.net.au/news/stories/2009/08/25/2665860.htm
DevonDeathTrip 2,358 Posted April 12, 2010 Schapelle Corby is to apply for clemency on account of having gone as mad as a box of maced ferrets. “She is lost in her own bewildering world where fantasy, hallucinations and bizarre ideas dominate her mind,” She sounds like a perfect match for one of Deathlist's finest. Guest News Posted November 28, 2013 Schapelle Corby's parole is currently held up, but the fact that it is seriously considered has really improved her mental health. She's elligible for parole because she has served two-thirds of the sentence (after a five year reduction in 2012). If she'd get parole, she'd live with her sister Mercedes' family in Austrailia. The new Governor of Kerebokan Prison considers her to be a very "beautiful, attractive, and polite person", and stated that she actively participated in an introductionary game that he had organized for the prison. Unfortunately, he doesn't know much about when she'll get out on parole either. http://www.news.com....v-1226751553030 http://www.news.com....v-1226756118269 . Guest News Posted November 28, 2013 She also had 27.5 other months removed; besides the 5 years removed by the judge due to Indonesian mass clemency related reductions in 2006, and 2008 to 2012. She did not get any reductions in 2007 due to sneaking in a mobile phone.
Davey Jones' Locker 1,324 Posted November 28, 2013 Peculiar... there seems to be more interest in how to pronounce 'gaol' than what really happened to Shapelle Corby. Anyway...the i can tell you guys first hand from an Aussie girl...the reason the case is such big news is because it's so fricking obivous she is innocent it makes people incredulous that the Indos are keeping her prisoner. Just in case you were interested... LOL. Actually everyone knows she was guilty as sin, especially people who come from the same time as Schapelle, my dear. Apparently, the Corbys are well-known as very unsavoury people there and have been in the drugs trade for years.
YoungWillz 21,023 Posted January 5, 2020 Well, the threads you come across! Corby has made her acting debut as...of all things...a therapist in her half-brother's rap video: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/tvshowbiz/article-7821689/Schapelle-Corby-makes-acting-debut-sultry-psychiatrist-edgy-rap-video.html I decide not to watch it. I'm assured she's good.
