Looking forward to seeing your teams after midnight!
-
You meant to post this on the 2022 thread I assume?
-
Awe I'm sure that's not true!
-
I have just private messaged you my team. Quite a few of my names could be uniques for other players in other pools like the DDP so I thought it best to send privately out of fairness to others and to avoid making enemies who create a voodoo doll of me to stick pins in kind of thing!! Many thanks @John Key
-
Oh I won't submit anyone who wouldn't qualify for the DDP. I just wanted to establish if it was a problem if my list in this game differed from my own personal Shadowlist.
-
I would like to enter but it will definitely be noticeably different from my own Shadowlist although some of the names eg Pope Benedict, Liza Minnelli will be the same. Would that be OK?
-
Maybe some of the people who fear she might name names to get a shorter sentence should also be on suicide watch....

The grand Old Duke of Kent
Gooseberry Crumble replied to Octopus of Odstock's topic in DeathList Forum
https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10354063/The-Duke-Kent-publish-memoir-just-Princes-bombshell-book.html This is an interesting and to my mind unexpected development. The Duke of Kent, a very close confidante of his cousin the Queen , is set to release his memoirs in May next year. Certainly a sign that in part he is looking towards his legacy and getting his perspective, thoughts and feelings on public record while he still can. Might be of some relevance to those picking names for deadpools. -
Scientists, Inventors And Techno Wizards

Awe I dared to think it might be Leonard Hayflick you were reporting on before I clicked onto the thread... -
2022 is going to be an interesting and vintage year on here I feel sure. For starters - Speculation about whether the Queen will live to celebrate her platinum jubilee celebrations in the summer and then make it through the special jubilee year, although I know she technically reaches her jubilee in February, will reach fever pitch in my opinion. Every minor detail and change both nervously and excitedly analysed in incredible detail to an extent rarely if ever seen on these forums before.

You are more similar to me than you may realise!
-
Take your applause you truly are made in the mould of Mystic Meg!!
-
Never rule out a bit of craziness in this world!!
-
April Ashley, Harry Reid, John Madden. Three DDP deaths today. If the same happens for the next three days and or q/o come through for other names earlier in the year then we surpass last years total. What do you say?!! @msc @gcreptile Doable!
-
Clearly a stronger dose of the enema at work at this time of year
-
April Ashley a last minute 'success' for me in this pool.
-
April Ashley a 'hit' for me. Please replace her with Bob Falkenburg.
-
Oh I'm expecting the opposite in terms of diverse picks!! I have worked very hard to be diverse in my three Crumble Teams.
-
Ooh I know I can't ask any more that would be wrong so I won't but you have got me curious! Roll on January 1st!
-
Well if its any comfort I think the right judgement call was made on John Ward! As far as I know unless @Death Impends knows otherwise none of my picks this year, despite all being amazing!- caused any controversy, difficulties or agonising?!
-
Gosh infamy of a kind!!! Although in truth as I'm sure @msc will confirm virtually all of my other picks caused zero issue at all and we're pretty straightforward in terms of qualifying.
-
I was delighted when the DDP Committee approved my choice of John Ward. Father of Julie Ward a British lady murdered in Kenya in 1988 and he has campaigned for decades in the media to get the case solved. It was a very prominent murder case and news story for years here in the UK.

I do wonder if it's possible Elizabeth Kelly has or could die off radar?

I think original EastEnders cast member Bill Treacher who played the legendary Arthur Fowler is worth both deadpoolers and committee members considering. 91 years old , I believe if I recall correctly he has ataxia or something similar making him prone to falls. Also fellow EastEnders actor Peter Dean inadvertently revealed in a soap podcast interview that he used to talk regularly with Bill on the phone but now he just mainly speaks with members of Bills family who tell him how Bill is. Suggests health wise a possible decline and Bill ain't up to even brief phonecalls
