I predict the grim reaper is going to confound sceptics and be its most powerful yet like a super strong enema in 2024 moreso than recent years equalling or even beating 2020

It's not over until the fat lady sings! We still have six weeks of winter left! Trust me it's desirable in life to be steady , patient and just keep going at it with an evolving technique and open mind rather than premature and hurried! -
47 names to go until last year's number of hits is surpassed and 49 days left in 2021. I'm fairly confident this will happen. I have kept the faith!

There is a saying that laughter is the best medicine. If that's even partially correct and this story about Joe Biden farting loudly in front of Camilla the Duchess of Cornwall in Glasgow at COP26 is true ...then Camillas health has just received a massive boost. Don't be confused @Ulitzer95 it's been much discussed on twitter tonight and there is an article on it in the Mail on Sunday. Apparently Camilla hasn't been able to stop laughing about it since!!

How’s Your 2022 Shortlist going?
Gooseberry Crumble replied to The Old Crem's topic in DeathList extra-curricular
I enter three teams in the Derby Dead Pool so I need 60 names and have nearly 90 but that doesn't include any names I picked this year who are still alive and who I might like to carry over to next year like Christina Crawford and Ronnie Knight. The Dowager Duchess of Grafton is giving me a real dilemma now she's 101 and has been pretty much a stalwart of my teams! -
How’s Your 2022 Shortlist going?
Gooseberry Crumble replied to The Old Crem's topic in DeathList extra-curricular
It's rather long at the moment. But I was surprised given the vast array and variety of names in the Derby Dead Pool how many of my names were not picked this year and are potentially unique picks for me next year... and I am not just talking about obscure names either. Although naturally I can't say much more and give a heads up to others!! I need to wait a bit longer though because I still have high hopes some more names will be hits this year and free up more room and space so I have less tricky decisions to make. -

I'm pretty sure Cilla voted for Labour under Blair once or twice but not Gordon Brown or Ed Milliband. She was friendly with Cherie Blair.
