Before I quickly remembered he wasn't on this years list. Sean Connery was also my first crush as a boy which pretty much 100% confirmed to me I was gay.No ambiguity at all.The crush was strong and overwhelming.

If the committee had kept Jill Gascoigne and Little Richard on the list we would have equalled the record year of 2017 today.

Those numbers are staggering and although there are only two months to go I think we can expect, when we take into account the time of year and covid and its direct and indirect effects, that figure to top 800 by the end of the year. That is my prediction anyway. Just realised earlier that Covid has broken up or taken away one half of two legendary British comedy double acts. Eddie Large of Little and Large and Bobby Ball of Cannon and Ball. Very sad.

Oh for me that interview is iconic and historic even above and beyond Michael Jackson .Not necessarily because it's the most interesting or entertaining but in terms of its importance ,significance and the consequences that flowed from it.
