Who Should Be On The 2018 Deathlist?
Gooseberry Crumble replied to Joey Russ's topic in DeathList Forum
Mel Brooks seems too sprightly and full of energy and zest to be on the DeathList just yet. Perhaps a little too early for him. -

Who Should Be On The 2018 Deathlist?
Gooseberry Crumble replied to Joey Russ's topic in DeathList Forum
I do find it a bit confusing to understand the differences between all of the different threads, the 2018 possibilities and ideas threads, the creativity thread, your thread here and the usual 2018 thread that will be posted soon say December. I'm not critiquing you or attacking you but just expressing my own mental fog over this! So here are a few new names for next year's list. Barbara Walters, Mary Wilson widow of British Prime Minister Harold Wilson and Motor racing commentator Murray Walker. -
Reported to be in the last hours of life sadly.

No sorry perhaps clumsily worded by me! I just meant that this forum called Datalounge has to some extent a proven track record of having real genuine insiders or people in the know posting on there. Kevin Spacey detailed rumours been on datalounge for years and now so much of the type of stuff posted there now on the news! There are other examples of inside info posted there about all kinds of people and film projects etc proven to be true later on not just sexual harassment stuff. EG about Wentworth Miller being gay and on the club scene in LA etc. Very long winded reply I know sorry but just explaining why I give the posts on there about Jane Powell a bit of credence.

One name I'd like to suggest is one of the few MGM musical stars who is still with us the lovely 88 year old actress Jane Powell most famous film being Seven brides for seven brothers. I was on a US based Internet forum earlier in the year that's rich with gossip and inside information from the world of showbiz and Hollywood. People had been posting allegations and the very same stories we're now hearing about Kevin Spacey as one example for nearly a decade. So there's a degree of reliability if your discerning about the gossip posted on the forum. Anyway one poster claims that up until the last say 18 months Jane Powell was very often seen out and about in the local community, shopping, meeting friends in coffee shops, socialise etc. Even after her husband died a few years ago she kept her routine and presence out and about. Now she isn't really seen at all in the local community and seems to have become a bit of a recluse and local grapevine has it she's in declining health. Nothing overly concrete but I think worth mentioning.
