Dallas was gloriously trashy highly melodramatic very glamorous camp fun and I am totally unashamed to admit I loved it!
-
He was brilliant as a pretty ruthless villainous ex husband of the character Jenna Wade played by Priscilla Presley.

If anyone can do it she can but admittely it's a big ask. I think the oldest supreme justice served to around 90 I think?
-
Arrgh Stop it!!!! I just hope he's in fine fettle and happy to carry on serving. Is there a general thread by the way for US supreme Court justices in addition to this one for this rather unique lady.
-
Now that it has been announced that supreme justice Anthony Kennedy is retiring I hope to God for the sake of Americas future that Ruth has what it takes to hold on in there for a good few years yet!

A timely reminder perhaps of the elderly cousins and their spouses of our Queen here in the UK, with a possible eye on them for future pools and the official deathlist. The Duke of Kent 82 and having suffered a stroke in recent years. His wife the Duchess of Kent who sadly looked quite frail and unwell at Prince Harry's wedding. Princess Alexandra, Prince Michael of Kent, The Duke of Gloucester etc

Check out @SamCoatesTimes’s Tweet: I wonder who the Labour mp on morphine is and whether it possibly serious enough to have implications for deadpoolers?

In terms of Corrie I'd be tempted to guess Eilleen Derbyshire. Emmerdale - I'd say Sheila Mercier or Paula Tilbrook. I haven't overly delved into the list of surviving actors from the original Crossroads or Howard's way but could be some gems to choose in there too. -

Sandy Ratcliffe who played original joint cafe owner Sue Osman is a possibility worth considering as she has a very chequered, past including former drug addiction if I remember right which might now all these years down the line catch up with her healthwise. -

Sad news. A second hit for me on my shadowlist this week after Mary Wilson taking me to 6 hits one higher than the committee. -
Sad news the end of an era. I always felt strongly and said way back last year that the committee should definitely pick her for 2018 and I've been proven right.
-
Yup a hit for me too

http://www.lorettalynn.com/events/ This message on Lorettas next album " Wouldn't it be great" is a year or more old .The album was postponed from it's original release date of August 2017 because of Loretta's health issues and her wanting to be at her best when it is released . There is still no word on its release date and I am beginning to wonder if it will ever be released or if any of it has been recorded at all .
