OK on a serious note, she looks like any lady that age. Not sure why that photo stirs up 'Bitch gotta be on Drop 40' posts, but maybe a few here need to actually go visit granny in the Old Folkie's Home, prior to the inheritance squabble, to see what an aging person looks like. SC

If you need to explain who the person is in the subtitle, they don't deserve a fucking thread. SC

December 10: Happy 82nd birthday to footballer Terry Allcock. He must be one tough sonovabitch. According to Wiki, I'm not supposed to confuse him with another footballer Terry Alcock, who interestingly was born on December 9, so turned 71 yesterday! SC

Sounds like more than one nutbag out there in the world. I now have concrete evidence. SC -
There is a certain page in Dr. Suess''s 'Hop On Pop' that for some reason the drawing scared the B'Jesus out of me when I was like 3, and always sent shivers down my spine thereafter. Even now, at 54, and with my 7 year old, when we read that book, I know that page is coming up and I get a wee tense. I'm almost over it, but not quite. Funny how the mind works (or in my case, doesn't). SC

Former Manchester City star’s girlfriend killed herself at a popular beauty spot after being diagnosed with a life-changing bowel condition, an inquest heard. Tragic Faye Howard sent a final text to goalkeeper Billy O’Brien after previously revealing she felt “embarrassed” and like a “burden”. The 23-year-old was later found hanged from a tree in a park near Altrincham, Greater Manchester, after O’Brien raised the alarm. An inquest in Stockport heard how bank worker Faye had been diagnosed with Pelvic Floor Dyssynergia, which means her muscles contracted making it difficult for her to go to the toilet. Her weight had plummeted before her death and she had been prescribed anti-depressants in the months leading up to her death on June 29. Looked but didn't see mention of this....and seemed a shame not to post so here 'tis. SC -
