Takes the DDP to 296 hits I believe, with less than a fortnight to go. Exciting, innit?

Report that Dixie Locke Emmons, Elvis' first sweetheart, has died: She was a mere 15 years old when she met 18 year old Elvis and they went steady until he signed up with Sun Records. They amicably parted as she wanted a 9 to 5 hubby, not a pop star.

Wonder if they will fast track this at the Supreme Court level on appeal. The argument of ineligibility was rejected in some other State I believe. On a strict reading of the Constitution I agree with Colorado, but let's see.

He QO-ed anyway, but Adrian Street's omission from that list is unforgiveable.

Political Discussions And Ranting Thread

Am I hearing right? Gove is talking about their housebuilding plans. More beautiful houses in keeping with the area, with better infrastructure which will override local objections. You know that is all well and good. He then goes on to say the new homes, where they have been built, are worth more than existing properties. Which means they are more expensive to buy. Which means that young or first time buyers will never be able to afford these houses, because they can't afford existing properties! What a deluded cunt. -

Once again we have a bio on the DDP which suggests she was born in 1947. She wasn't. Everywhere confirms a dob of 1936 and all the obits confirm a death age of 87.

Death notice for the Hon. Harry St Clair Fane aged 70: https://announcements.telegraph.co.uk/marketplace/advert/fane-notices_54894 Interesting one this. He was the Second Page of Honour to HM Queen Elizabeth II between 1966 and 1968. His older brother is the current 16th Earl of Westmoreland, and, as the current Earl only has a daughter, Harry was the heir apparent. Therefore the heir apparent to the Earldom now moves to Harry's son Sam (b. 1989).
