Sir David Cox, British statistician, reportedly dead aged 97: Last picked for the DDP in 2020 by The Bedsoring 20s, so List of the Missed @Death Impends, subject obviously to a confirmatory report. http://www.derbydeadpool.co.uk/deadpool2020/celebs_C.html#coxd

Thing is, unlikely death means unpredictable. So I think Gaspard Ulliel fits the bill as one of those unlikely deaths.

Haven't been through them all, but some odd double initialled surnames. Sheena Eeaston, Barry Nnewman, Jiro Oono.

Hands up anyone who'd miss Benedict Cumberbatch. I wouldn't, overrated posh boy.

Well they could rename the party The Brady Bunch and it would still be as silly as the current front bench.

Colin Baddiel, David's father reportedly dead: https://www.dailystar.co.uk/showbiz/breaking-david-baddiel-pays-tribute-25984910 Aye, I know this is probably going to be posted elsewhere.

Maybe just to point out that Anthony Epstein and Michael A Epstein are probably most definitely the same person and should be merged, NoSoup4U losing that unique.

See now if everyone was savvy, they'd list their names by surname alphabetically (like the DDP does) and they wouldn't end up with doublers. I think something similar happened with Barry Cryer last year, ha! "rushes off to check the Cryer entry on the uploaded list*

Not quite sure why Shake Rattle Roll Over and Play Dead has Duane Eddy listed twice. Should they have 19 members because of predeceasing entry, or is there another reason? Anyway, if he dies (he won't, I picked him) they ain't getting points twice!

Well, it is more bad news for the Lowther family. Bear with. The title was inherited by the 8th Earl's half brother William James Lowther from the 7th Earl's second marriage. Another half brother from the 7th Earl's third marriage is next in line to succeed (I believe the 9th Earl has no heirs), that is James Nicholas Lowther. Now it transpires that James' third child but eldest son Will has committed suicide, aged 21: https://www.dailymail.co.uk/news/article-10409179/Earl-Lonsdale-heir-pays-tribute-artist-son-death-aged-21.html Tortuous to work out, but if you look up the peerage pages it all kind of works out.

I'll agree, my teams look ok, despite several dying pre-start, so well sorted out, and my odd choices (Millar; Davis) look grand. Bonus of getting in early I guess. No doubt there will be the usual teething issues, maybe the odd doubler, but I may not have the time to look out for these myself. I've a feeling the Committee will have a very very busy year. Good luck!

Dallas Frazier's songwriting is quite interesting, however the two that stand out for me are Alley-Oop by The Hollywood Argyles and The Son Of Hickory Holler's Tramp by Johnny Darrell and many others.

Death notice for Michael Richard Hope, 5th Baron Rankeillour aged 81: http://announcements.telegraph.co.uk/deaths/254751/hope As far as I know, baronetcies still pass through the male line, so despite having two elder daughters, succession would appear to pass to Hope's youngest child James Francis Hope (b. 1968)
