With you here Toast! Fortnight at most should get most folk in if they are participating, late entries are allowed. All depends however on Biblio's tech challenges at present though, especially as he has to verify entries as valid. Long lead in to the Scavvy Hunt cost me an astronaut!

Oh no, think I've gone for one where I'm not sure all my picks will make December!

This statement to the people of Englandshire is taking forever. Maybe he is busy wiping the lobster and caviar from his tie? Anyway, if he delays the start of Strictly, the people of the UK will never forgive him.

Entry for Round Two sent! Huzzah for gcreptile!

I believe no film picked in Round One can be picked for Round Two. Think we should wait for Biblio to start the round?

Bring on Round Two @Bibliogryphon!

Better start a new round! Strike that, Committee miss! Ha!

With Sean Connery gone, it's conceivable that someone could win this on one category!

No - Sub cards count face value only. The only game apart from Hartlepool where your subs gain points. Edit: But A = 14, K = 13, Q = 12; J = 11.

Still nothing for Bruce Reid as far as I can see. Find one and I'll credit. Meantime, hits all over for Nobby Stiles (not the top two though!). Bonuses: YoungWillz - Pair 3s for 10 Additional Points. Sean - Pair Js - 10 Points; Two Pair (Js and 8s [Hearts and Spades]) - 15 Points; Two Pair (Js and 8s [Hearts and Clubs]) - 15 Points; Two Pair (Js and 8s [Spades and Clubs]) - 15 Points; Full House (8s over Js) - 80 Points - Total: 135 Additional Points. The Quim Reaper - Black Joker for 50 Points Joker Bonus. (Now has two jokers played - big bucks when cashed in!) Miracle Aligner plays A Hearts - 5 Additional Points. Grim Up North - Pair 4s - 10 Additional Points. An Fear Beag - Pair 7s (Hearts and Diamonds) - 10 Points; Pair 7s (Spades and Diamonds) - 10 Points; Three of a Kind (7s) - 20 Points Total: 40 Additional Points. Subs: Toast draws 6 Spades for 6 Points added. Perhaps draws J Clubs for 11 Points added. Sean slips back up into third place, An Fear Beag moves into 4th. And it's Card Roulette day tomorrow! The Tams (Part 2) Robert Lee Smith appeared in this article from 2019: http://eastcobbnews.com/east-cobb-author-meets-tams-singer-at-marietta-book-signing/ Event took place in July 2019, so let's hope we'd have noticed his demise?

Let's try again @Ulitzer95. The Tams. Right, established that Albert Cottle joined The Tams in Washington D.C. in 1964 (other sources indicate Floyd Ashton had recorded on Hey Girl) so whether he was on that single? As The Tams recorded exclusively out of Atlanta, likely he moved there. He married Dianne Fulcher in 1967 (she is sometimes referred to as Judy Dianne) and Little Redd (Albert Junior) was born in 1969 as a product of that union. Albert Junior's first appearance with the group was in 1976 at Myrtle Beach (books and radio interview confirm). Dianne Cottle married Charles Pope in 1981 after her divorce from Albert Senior, essentially C Pope was Albert Junior's stepdad. Charles Pope had previously been married before (as per his Legacy Obit). Gotta get summat out of that Cottle-Fulcher marriage in 1967?
