Well done @An Fear Beag, my congratulations from the guy that gave you your hardest game. That's probably not true, but hell, it's always good to go out to the victor.

I'll give him the freedom of Kayleigh, my young 20 yo nubile neighbour, if it finishes him off and we never have to hear of this again!
-
Alan Parker - everybody loves that man, he's not going to live forever, wonder if he learned how to fly? Utterly shocking - thought we had 10 more years with him at least. Thank you for Bugsy Malone and Fame.

Slightly disappointed that for some reason I don't know The Thompson Twins when I was clearly knocking it out on the karaoke only 10 days ago! Yeah, there's some crap on there I'm clearly proud of never having heard.

No, the monthly draw is just a points award, like you would have if you had a sub hit. I didn't want anyone playing their card as they might end up with two cards the same. And that would never do. Also, I'll add a welcome to the leaderboard to CalebH, Great Uncle Bulgaria and Guy From Future - everybody's on the board!
-
I should probably remind folk that the draw is the same as for subs. 14 for an A, 13 for a K; 12 for a Q, 11 for a J, then 10-2 value of card.
-
MD - Monthly Draw J - July [x] - Card allocated. So you have chanced upon a 2, 2 Points added. You're 25th out of 26 teams, so your card will always be the penultimate one if that helps for future draws! Unlucky this time, but there's still 5 to go!

While we wait for Sydney Lotterby's QO, some old Taiwanese politician was a hit for...several. Bonuses: Banana makes a pair of 5s - 10 Additional Points. Death Impends makes a pair of 10s - 10 Additional Points. Yet another hit for Joey Russ, who maintains an astonishing lead, but the big beasts of the Poker Tourney Death Impends and Captain Chorizo are nestled in the bushes in the podium places, ready to spring. Leaderboard updated.

Gonzalez. Gordon Hunte seems to have been born in Guyana and is now resident in New South Wales, Australia with his band Mid Nyt Sun. Think that's me, I've shopping to do.

Glitter Band. Any of the entries for Tony Leonard give a clue, like maybe he was Tony Leonard Woolnough? I can find pictures and interviews a-plenty but seemed a quiet sort of chap and nothing coming up. Goldie. Bit more promising. Tom Knowles seems to have been kicked out of the band right after their TOTP performance - because they needed him to play on TV! Naughty. Can't find anything on him really. Pete McDonald gives an interview here: https://worldradiohistory.com/UK/Record-Mirror/70s/78/1978-06-03.pdf Was briefly in the Spiders From Mars. The interview from June 1978 says McDonald "claims to be 27" which might indicate some doubt on the part of the interviewer, but if that is so, puts his dob c. 1950/51.
