Meantime, here is a very general list of MPs by age of death in the last three years: 90+ Labour - 10 Conservative - 8 Liberal - 1 85-89 Labour - 13 Conservative - 8 Labour then SDP - 2 Conservative then SDP - 1 80-84 Labour - 7 Conservative - 12 Liberal - 1 SDLP - 1 Labour then SDP then LibDem - 1 75-79 Labour - 4 Conservative - 6 LibDem - 1 SNP - 1 Of course this can only be a rough guide as you would have to take into account weighting of number of MPs depending on the majority the Governments held and the relative strength of the parties per Parliament. And probably how long people were MPs - someone might want to look at that. My opinion is - longer you are sitting on your arse gabbing instead of doing a proper job, longer you'll live!
