Repetitive Strain Injury?

Always seemed to be around in things when I was a lad. So how many possible threads could he have gone in? Pop Stars? Character Actors? Songwriters? Carry On Dying? Comics and Comedy? Children's TV? Kenny Lynch did it all, and there's probably a couple of generations who have never heard of him. RIP.

Apparently Gudrun Zapf von Hesse died back on 13 December: No possibility of her making any list.

You presuppose that the SNP will play by Westminster's rules. Act of Union, etc etc. Freedom!!!

I'd say your dream ticket is Liz Kendall with Rayner as Deputy. Benn as Shadow Chancellor or Foreign Secretary. No longer fighting Remain/Leave, try looking fiscally responsible while also attempting to save UK plc. I'll give you a wave from an independent Scotland, ha!

Report of the death of David Lambie, former MP for Central Ayrshire and then Cunninghame South. He'd be 94 if correct: This report somehow mentions Cunninghame North, which makes it a bit suss.

Well as promised I've looked through the thread and the results are in. Mike Gapes loses by a country mile, so YoungWillz (Me!) wins for this prediction. Outside the leaders of parties, Sheryll Murray holds on by the largest majority so philheybrookbay wins the wooden spoon. The beasts of the jungle (Swinson, Skinner, Dodds etc ) also went and compared with 2017 there is a veritable sea of red in the losing camp. Well done everybody, pens down for five years. Let's hope in five years we can afford a pen, or even to run broadband!

SNP. Look, Scotland knew England and Wales would get fooled again. When people's overriding issue at a General Election is getting out of Europe, rather than their hospital, their school, their career, their community, their children's future, etc etc etc then they are lost. Stop all those immigrants coming to town? Boris' Brexit won't do that. The people arriving will just be different colours, even less able to speak the language....coming to a dimunition of your house prices near you. Fifth largest economy in the world which will expand and benefit all? Boris' Brexit won't do that. In the short and medium term your food prices will go up, the currency will fall, jobs will be lost (mainly among Labour deserters), more people will wait at hospitals for longer and more and more people will die on the streets, your streets, when they find out just how hard it is to keep a house on Universal Credit. The Government will get on with your priorities? Boris' Brexit won't do that. They'll be tied up with exit legislation, trade deals, cap in hand begging other economies (including EU) for inward investment. Crikey, they bang on about nationalisation not working because politicians can't run the services. Yet you trust them to make deals for you? Other Brexits were available. Indeed I vote for one on the basis that eventually there would be a compromise. I think the British are right to get out of the political side, not everything else. But even Farage gasps at the absurdity of Boris' Brexit. When England and Wales waves their God Save The Queen and their respective national flags in the faces of Scotland and Northern Ireland, don't be surprised that we are entitled to become a little more nationalistic ourselves. In fact, a lot. By the end of the 2020s, we shall have a United Ireland and Scotland out of the UK. Mark my words.

She was great in On The Buses....wait.... strike that.

Sugden in the way she moves.....Sheila Mercier goes from Emmerdale to beyond the veil. A hit for Yorkshire Banker who moves up a spot. Toast had her as a sub and draws Q Diamonds for 12 Points added. No bonuses, leaderboard updated.

Think I picked her for the DL Prediction Game, @Book time for a sub to come into play! Used to watch the programme when it had Farm in the title, mum to blame! RIP.

Broadband and phone working! Huzzah! I'll do a list over the weekend as I'm off out for a drink, then moving more stuff tomorrow. Should be properly ensconced soon, then I can unpack for Christmas! Bear with, bear with....

So I nip to the shops and.... I can tell you to a young and inquisitve mind, watching Don't Ask Me with Bellamy, Magnus Pyke, Miriam Stoppard et al was certainly a way to engender a science interest. Thanks Mr Bellamy for helping me grow. RIP.
