Edith Scob, a pick earlier this year for @DeathByArsenic in the 54321 DP, dead at 81: https://translate.google.co.uk/translate?hl=en&sl=fr&u=https://www.liberation.fr/direct/element/la-comedienne-edith-scob-est-morte_99422/&prev=search Best known as Christine, the disfigured daughter, in Eyes Without A Face. -
You forgot to mention Douglas Fielding's rather over the top cockney bus depot owner Don Conway in Grange Hill. You know, the couple of episodes where two of the pupils go to work for him and leave a dirty video on one of the coaches, which then leaves the depot for the Women's Institute. Totally not convoluted... Another death from those episodes following the sad news of Jamie Lehane's death.

Yeah, we all focused on Hume when we should have been looking at the co-founder of the SDLP Ivan Cooper, who has reportedly died: https://www.derryjournal.com/news/politics/veteran-civil-rights-leader-ivan-cooper-has-died-1-8976138

Thanks Great Uncle! I've been mishearing that lyric for over 40 years. Which hopefully makes me an honorary Womble.

Probably a good idea. I'm up to my elbows in Mr Muscle (ooh!) and Mr Sheen (ahhh!!) not to mention I've had my duster out for days (wheee!!!). Cleaning the house for the valuations has been and is an ongoing bind. To be followed in due course by clearing the house and finding myself a cheap flat for my cheap ass. So really, I could forget to do the usual reminders. Or I could remember. I dunno where I am half the time. Ah, death, I now know where your sting is. It's in the foolish child who has to clear up his Dad's goods and chattels. Finding OldWillz's erection remedy was a hilarious point, I'll admit.

After his wine spilling episode, things seem to get worse for Boris as this never aired interview when he was Foreign Secretary has come to light:

As a lad I never could tell the difference between a swift and a swallow. Soon remedied that when I grew up, mind.

@Great Uncle Bulgaria, in the song mentioned, what is "it" in the line "I'll do it to you, you do it to me"?

Bryan Marshall was in almost everything when I was young. RIP.

Awww, I rather liked him. Mind you I was but a wee boy at the time. Matrimony always made me jig aboot.

Not really a quiz as more an ingathering of suggestions, inspired by the BBC posed question, Which Band Would You Erase From History? https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/av/entertainment-arts-48677904/yesterday-which-band-would-boyle-curtis-james-and-patel-erase-from-history For me it is The Spice Girls. I never wanted to Zig A Zig Ah. Shouting "Girl Power" while wearing sexy outfits and giving themselves nom de plumes indicating their submission to male fantasies was probably the ultimate scam on the UK population. Spiceworld? Yikes. Viva Forever!? Double yikes. I'll concede Geri's version of "It's Raining Men" but she could have done that and probably had a career on her own without the group. Much more credible female artists and bands who let their music do the talking, rather than making up slogans, existed before and after this carbuncle of the 1990s.

Seasoning for deathlisters can be found here: I've never been, think I'm still too new for seasoning.

He loves the NHS and the NHS loves him. https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-politics-48745868 Not my words, but those of DJ Jezza C, the Labour leader mixmaster. Notice you can make "Marxist" out of "mixmaster".....

Times Obit for Alan Stuart, one of the four Scottish students who attempted the repatriation of the Stone of Destiny to Scotland in 1950: https://www.thetimes.co.uk/article/alan-stuart-fp32zqct7 Incidentally, I saw a talking head with Ian Hamilton earlier this year, and although he's still upright, he's looking like a near possibility. He's the last survivor. Edit: Just checked the Scottish obits, Stuart died back in March. Those obits do eventually come...

A week to go! Still space at the tables. *peeks out to have a look at the queue* "Hands up all those who are crossing names off their final list as June snatches your picks." Yikes, loads.

One of my late mother's favourites, about 30 years ago. She went from Catherine Cookson, to her, to Gervase Phinn. Go figure.
