The EU Referendum Hokey Cokey
YoungWillz replied to YoungWillz's topic in DeathList extra-curricular
Voting on amendments and the deal to begin shortly. Here we go.... -
It might not be right, but this is worth a post as it always makes me cry:
-
Think only @Book has a published team with Channing on it and she's died before commencement.
-
I assume my survivors below Carol Channing move up one and Pope Benedict comes in at number 25, @Death Impends. New sub: June Brown if that's apt.
-
Hasn't started yet, so I think subs come in. She's died before the start. Meantime, wonderful character actress, one of the jewels of Hollywood comedy. RIP Carol.
-
Richard Franklin is 83 today! Geoffrey Beevers is 78 today!

Was he ill?

Name a 1984 UK Top 30 single, the official title of which ends with an exclamation mark.
-
Bobby Vee - Rubber Ball.

Yep, Gordon is a moron. What that makes Tezza..... Anyhow, my hopeful attempt to re-ignite this thread means it's your go.
-
David's predecessor is a very stupid person according to this ditty. (6, 4).
-
Word is, he's dead. And in my book that's an assassination.
-
Fuuuuuck...... I'm assuming I've got a bye and can put my feet up until the dying days of February before even think about a starting 11.

The EU Referendum Hokey Cokey
YoungWillz replied to YoungWillz's topic in DeathList extra-curricular
Vote tomorrow. Gareth Johnson, Tory whip, has resigned his post to vote against the Government. Letters released from EU, showing no change to backstop and no change to Withdrawal Agreement. Tezza consistently said (and as recently as PMQs last week) it was her deal or no deal. Today, in Leave voting Stoke, she says it's her deal or no Brexit. Everyone keeps saying they are voting on a deal. There is no deal. Without an agreement on a trade arrangement, nothing is agreed. But that apparently won't stop the UK paying 39 billion to the EU, if Tezza and chums stay in power. Meantime, Hancock talking about air pollution (something the Tories have consistently ignored for 8 years) and there's the anchors on Universal Credit (something Tezza said would be rolled out regardless). Sounds like they are ready for an election, rather than anything else. Gawd help us all either way. -

Report of the death of Glen Dale of The Fortunes: Sad news indeed if true as that would leave only drummer Andy Brown from the classic and most successful line-up.
