I'm interested to see how England/Croatia pans out. Croatia are the consummate "winners on penalties" of this tournament...so England can't let it get to that, I'd say. If England are 3-0 up at half-time, they will win. Anything else, and it's a lottery imo.

As there was a recent story in The Times behind a paywall I couldn't read, thought I'd do a little search on Les Dennis Heseltine.
