LibDems always strong in my area at a local level, but always distant in the General. They do make an effort all the time though, not just at voting times. I just can't bring myself to vote for a party that put Cameron in power, abandoned their sole headline pledge and then kept a self-confessed liar as their MP for Orkney & Shetland. -
He did lose that deadweight Amber Heard.
-
Hadn't realised he also had a one-off appearance in Catweazle. And of course he was in one of my childhood faves The Ghosts Of Motley Hall.

It has been 20 years today that Magda Gabor decided not to be the older sibling of Zsa Zsa any longer, aged 81.

You have a position, that is for sure! And I know from family members you are not alone. Interesting times ahead.... -

I see your point there entirely. But of course, the only vote that matters on Indy surely is one in a referendum (if one takes place). Voting Conservative guarantees austerity. They've promised that. Isn't that like saying "Nicola's for the guillotine, I hate that, I'll vote for the Conservatives who are in favour of hanging."? -
Maybe he wants to be buried at sea...

I dunno. She seemed confident, principled and ready for anything that was thrown at her. Might not like all her policies, but it was more assured than flip-flopping Tezza and "how much does that policy cost again?" Jezza. -

Missed Tiresome Tim on QT this evening as I popped out. Scottish dictator in chief remains untouchable. Anytime rUK wants a proper politician, call us. -
I'm probably more likely to post the death of Egidius Braun first than Errol.

It's this list plus subsequent entries: https://forums.deathlist.net/topic/9035-49-errol-christie/?do=findComment&comment=310177

Ah that's better then. I'll have a think.

So the game finishes on 30 June?

^^ Ah, now it doesn't have him dead. Looks like he might have though, there's reports elsewhere though nothing concrete.

Wiki has Roger Smith dead. Predictor from the Ideas and Possibilities for 2016 thread said: "Posted February 2, 2015 ยท Report post After finding out about Anita Ekberg's death just a few minutes ago, I thought of another Swedish-American actress; Ann-Margret. No, not suggesting that she should be considered but instead her husband Roger Smith. He was famous for his role in the television detective series 77 Sunset Strip with Efrem Zimbalist Junior. In the 1960s, he was forced to quit acting due to things like "blood clot in the brain" and "myasthenia gravis." Now, obviously it wasn't life-threathenig since he has managed to stay alive at age 82...but this is not the kind of guy who'll turn 90 either. He is "wheelchaired" nowadays and has Parkinson's disease. I see that no one has picked him for this year's DDP; perhaps a contender for 2016 instead? http://nypost.com/2013/10/05/ann-margret-dishes-on-sexy-legacy/ By the way, impressive to see a Hollywood marriage that's lasted for 47 years!"

So with Sallis and Bayldon gone, who can we add to the bottom of this list?

Pope Benedict to live. You can thank me later by giving me my rapture ticket.

"For the avoidance of doubt, someone who famous simply for their longevity is included, but they must still obviously garner a qualifying obit" from the rules. Centenarians therefore are unlikely to qualify solely on this rule. More than likely the oldest person in a country or summat like that. I'll say again, don't give the game runner a hard time!
