Who cares? He's 'deadable'. You folks really have issues putting carts in front of horses. I'll take 12 deaths and 4 of them don't obit vs your 6 folks that guarantee obits. You know who won't obit? LIVING PEOPLE!SC I look forward to doing battle with you in the DDP next year then. You know how obitable Robert Dorr was? He died over a month ago. I had him in the Hare's pool and didn't even notice. Not a chance of QO. Isn't the Hare's Pool a little more relaxed about it's obits? This should do you, post it over in that thread. https://www.washingtonpost.com/local/obituaries/robert-f-dorr-author-of-military-histories-dies-at-76/2016/07/03/c2c2371c-3e3d-11e6-84e8-1580c7db5275_story.html

That's two days on the trot I've heard English MPs say what the Scottish people want and don't want. Angela Eagle on Marr yesterday quite flatly declaimed that the Scottish people didn't want a second independence referendum. Now some English Tory stands up and says the Scottish people want to keep nuclear weapons. These are the same politicians who said the British people didn't really want to leave the EU. These two major parties will continue to shaft the people of the UK. They know best, remember? Rotten to the core the lot of them. -

75 dead, 15 critically injured, over 100 injured...yikes! -
Hmm, there hasn't been a BBC Obit posted in this thread yet so your list above appears to be a tad early.

Liz Truss - the woman who got indignant over the importation of cheese to the UK - Justice Secretary? Stephen Crabb resigns "in the interests of his family" - the man who only a couple of weeks ago was wanting to be PM? This is hilarious. -

Terrorists & Topical Terrorist Targets
YoungWillz replied to maryportfuncity's topic in DeathList Forum
Thanks Sir C. As I understand it, TMIB requires that the other side also confirm his death before he qualifies for points. However, if TMIB wants to clarify and he qualifies on this basis, I'll add him to the next round up, but not yet. That's a tough get, relying on the other side's media, but understood. A qualifying obit is needed as well but that's obviously on it's way. Oh, the BBC have already got this: http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/world-middle-east-35808738. I'll assume such folk need a qualifying obit from both the West and the Terrorists. That might seem blatantly easy to get, but the possibility is that some months down the line, the Middle East media report the confirmation from the terrorists and the Western media says, hey, we already know, we don't need to report this again. You never know.... ISIS now confirm Al Shishani's death so looks like we have confirmation for both sides to qualify for his DDP obitability: http://www.mirror.co.uk/news/uk-news/isis-announces-death-senior-commander-8415978 Edit: Maybe we don't. Looks like the previous confirmation from the US related to a strike in Syria, whereas ISIS are saying he was killed recently in Iraq. So looks like we are awaiting Western confirmation this time: http://edition.cnn.com/2016/07/13/politics/isis-omar-al-shishani/ Gordamit! -
Report here of the death of Steven Young of Colourbox, a moderately successful indie band of the 1980s on the Indie charts. https://twitter.com/pollybirkbeck/status/753210565229682688 However, he is probably better known as a member of the band M/A/R/R/S who had a hit with Pump Up The Volume. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=w9gOQgfPW4Y
