That's what his family declared. Anyway some newspapers insist he was admitted for COVID.
-
Yeah, that's quite old news if I remember well.
-
Well, surely it is the only way to get rid of Song Ping, Jiang Zemin and Zhu Rongji...
-
Oh, no! That's the sheriff of Rambo!

Luis Sepulveda dead at 70.

ATM Shamsuzzaman discharged from the hospital he was in since last December.

So every centenarian picked in this game becomes authomatically immortal, as far as I understand.
-
We've seen centenarians like Mad Mike Hoare and Lawrence Ferlinghetti. That wouldn't be much stranger...

Greavsie will die this year. I have doubts about Nobby.

The Motion Picture Home has some interesting people inside, most notably DL forum regulars Ruthie Thompson and Glynis Johns, but also Helen Reddy and Joanne Linville. Will some of them fall to the 'rona?

Italy admits deaths in the country are widely underestimated. I guess it's the same almost everywhere. Italy should be at least 30000 deaths, China at very least 50000, Iran at least 20000 and so on. The ultimate toll will be completely unreliable, this has probably already killed half a million people.

Yes, this is just crazy. Wiki is full of nuts.

Bernard Lown, developer of defibrillator, and Epstein-Barr virus discoverer Sir Michael Anthony Epstein will both be 100 next year.

Well, Bonetti is gone, Hunter has COVID, Greavsie is in hospital and Nobby is the usual ethernal lingerer. The squad is rapidly vanishing...

I think being 103 played a major part.

The Reaper is overworking these days. Someone should tell Dilip Kumar to hide in the closet till it's safer out there!

John Horton Conway, one of the most popular mathematicians of the last century and inventor of zero-player game Conway's Game of Life, has died from COVID-19 at 82. Aaaand..... I guess this is Conway's Game of Death.
-
John Horton Conway, British mathematician, dead at 82. Yes, I know Conway is a big name. He is the inventor of Conway's Game of Life and a disciple of Richard K. Guy who outclassed his master. Conway is one of the most important mathematicians of the last century and surely one of the most popular. I write this because this edits are not vandalism. They come from registered user with maths background, it's not bullshit. Look for an obit.

92 today!

Italian 101-year old man who beat coronavirus dead at, well, 101.
-
His page was vandalized before, but this time it is true. And the obituary comes from the only source it comes from and which I had the intention to contact about it, Dagospia, an Italian version of TMZ who mainly stalks retired actors only in Rome (a description Francioli perfectly fitted). Great find.

I think he is dead. Some years ago I asked the guy who took that 2000 photo of him and the last time he heard something about him was in 2003.
-
Very likely a hoax. Nothing has been known about him since 2003. The IP editor (on Italian wiki) summary of edits suggests he was a troll.
