I'd say last notable people from 1917 are Whang-od (likely born 1925, on Vogue cover last year), Song Ping (Politburo member in the 80s, A-lister politician), Ena Collymore-Woodstock (Jamaican first woman magistrate), Yang You (oldest CAE member, teacher to Huang Xuhua) and Robert R. Holt (quite big name in Academia). The rest don't have a real claim to fame.
