While it’s true that they did have a post for Day since day one, until yesterday it was only shown as details to follow rather than a full obit for her.

Day finally gets a front page obit, which probably means Hawke’s and Wouk’s obit will follow soon. “One of her biggest movies came in 195 with Calamity Jane. In 2956 she starred in Hitchcock’s The Man Who Knew Too Much which included the song Que Sera, Sera becoming her signature song.” I did not realize that she was a time traveler, although it makes sense since there were questions about when her birthday really was for a long while...

Jesus Christ, that place really needs to investigated if 26 horses died there in the past 5 months imo.

DL Status Updates: Statements, Obsevations & Verbal Tennis

I’ve graduated high school this past Friday, and for me I’m glad it’s over as it has largely been a negative experience for me (as such, I went to a nice dinner with my family rather than go to the actual graduation ceremony as it didn’t feel right to celebrate something that was overall bad for me). I’m just ready to move on to the next phase of my life and hope that it’s much better for me overall than my high school experience... -
I think I’m leading this pool now after the death of Bart Starr. Though this is probably the wrong time of year to lead this pool...

Carter again

Sadly that’s not going to happen as Masao has died.

She was out at a graduation ceremony a few days ago (albeit in her hometown), so she might not be in hospice at the moment. Think she has a few months in her...

Hello there. Are you trying to view the site at home or are you trying to view it at a work place? Cause if it’s the latter, the problem might be that the network your using may have blocked the site. If it’s the former, then I don’t know why it’s not letting you view the forums. Maybe a mod might be able to get a better explanation...

He’s feeling fantastic after ending chemo for prostate cancer.

Should he be banned?

Ah yes, I no longer have to switch between two different times on mobile anymore.

Finally am able to get through on mobile after clearing data on Safari and setting the clock to a week earlier (my computer, which is given by the school, requires an administrator to change the date there, so it’s a no go for that device). -
Wow, he actually existed?

Republican Justin Amash from Michigan says that Trump committed an impeachable offense. I doubt Pelosi will budge however (and even if she does, no way Trump gets indicted in the senate)...

Suspected serial killer and long lister Bobby Joe Maxwell is dead at 69.
-
Well, they will honor him at the home opening game, though who knows whether it’ll lead to Mail obit or not. Probably a good chance though

Noticed two other errors not related to me. Drol needs points for John Cocks while markb4 and msc needs points for Jean of Luxembourg. Trying to check any other errors now. EDIT: Reptile is missing Dave Agosti points.

Sorry to bother you again, but I noticed that the score for IM Pei is marked as 115 when the actual score should be 135 (taking Tim Conway and Herman Wouk as references for me). Everything else looks good though
-
I believe my score is higher than noted above. The deaths have all been noted in the spreadsheet, but the score doesn’t look correct...

THE WINDS OF DEATH 6/50 17th May 2019 When will the deluge end? American author Herman Wouk has died to give the Crowdsource list another success. He first started with joining the US navy during World War 2, and he participated in a number of invasions and won multiple battle stars. During his time in the Navy, he wrote his first novel Aurora Dawn, which was released in 1947. His breakthrough and biggest success happened to be his 1951 novel The Caine Mutinity, which was based on his wartime experiences. It won him a Pulitzer Prize and it became a best selling novel. He later had two more monumental novels released during the 1970's: The Winds of War and War and Remembrance, the latter of which Wouk said it was "the main tale I have to tell." In his final years, he seemed to be having a good time impersonating Albus Dumbledore as his health was failing. He becomes the first bedblocker to fall this year, dying at the ripe old age of 103. This was his first appearance in the top ten, jumping all the way to the 3rd spot.
