It’s unlocked now so if people want to vote on who’s next, they can. Of course, if there isn’t a lot of traction after the fact, then this is the only thread for the Crowdsource list that I’ll make...

To add to the Joni Mitchell debate, I think she’s actually a decent pick. Maybe the disease she’s currently battling that we know about is only mental, but her brain aneurysm did a lot to her health to the point where she looks very frail and that I actually chose her for my shadow list because of that. I think of how Bruce Forsyth went from being very healthy to basically not seen in public at all because of his aneurysm, and he eventually died because of the toll it took on his health. Joni Mitchell wasn’t as healthy as Forsyth before she went into a coma, plus she’s a heavy smoker, so for those saying that she’s a bad pick I have to disagree with you...

That still doesn't change that he isn't dead. This easily could've been posted Idea and possibilities thread or one of the sports thread...

They honestly deserve it. A similarly very foolish drop was General Wojciech Jaruzelski four years ago. That turned out to be fatal in a very mediocre year, though I suspect this year's list will do better than 2014...

In the defense of the thread starter, I thought it might've been a good idea to try to predict the deaths of the list the forum member created so comments such as we got a hit actually has some relevance. I also thought it was a good idea to slowly see if this will do better than last year and slowly see who actually predicted the next hit or so. On the comment of a new section, I think a poll section for the forums might be of good use considering the amount of (mostly bad) polls started nowadays. Just my thought though...

I won’t count for this, but if anyone else wants a poll to predict the first death of the Crowdsource list they can speak. Otherwise, it’ll slowly burn into the abyss of unused dead pool threads...

I picked him for my B Team (and deathrace and hare’s) mainly because he was close to home for me and is interesting enough for him to warrant a spot on those teams. I also find him interesting since he’s one of the rare cases (as far as I’m concerned) of an Okie that’s says that oil wouldn’t be the best investment in the future, and was advocating for wind power instead...

Next death coming up confirmed: Nanette Fabray is going to be the first crowdsource miss of 2018.

So I looked over again at the list of joker's for 2017. Since the beginning of last year, 3 jokers (as far as I checked) has died this year: Rayya Elias, Ray Thomas, and Edgar Ray Killen (funnily enough, all three names have ray as a part of there names). It does make me wonder who will be the last person standing from this list:
