I don't remember McGill getting a QO tbh, the others I do remember though...

So, his cancer has spread to the liver now (though it's not in his stomach now). I'm thinking he'll become a likely drop 40 candidate next year if he makes the starting line (which is still possible imo), however, considering which major competitor picked him for the DDP, he's probably a goner this year...

Oh, come on...
-
Well, he doesn't really need to die before the 31st of December 2017...
-
basically, everyone who's dead in my original 20 (morano joker, mcgiffin, christie, wetton, joost, coward, skellern, and van zandvliet) except glen campbell (who i subbed out) and Lui Xiaobo.

Apparently his wife died last month according to a source on Twitter, so it shows that they don't necessarily have to be super old for them to die a few months after their spouse. Anyways, it now means that CAN only has one surviving member from their core line up, with keyboardist Irmin Schmidt still alive.

The one pick that wasn't unique for most unique picks 2017...

Actually, he's doing better according to the first update.

Phil Lynott's mother has cancer for the second time. -
Believe it or not, Bert Collins, a 101 year old veteran has beaten stage 4 cancer. Now that is what I call an amazing achievement...

You still have Les Mutrie. He doesn't seem to be having news lately. I think he could save you from ending that streak. But he has to die in the next 3 and a half months for that to be possible I think...

Found this on social media.

Even if we don't get a hit in September, there is still lots of low hanging fruit that I think it's very unlikely for deathlist to go without a hit for over 3 months. By the way, I predict only one hit in September. We went through a wave of hits in August so I think it'll die down a little, but I think we could still get one in the middle of the month...

Anyone who decided against him this year because of obit worries or was hoping that he could make the starting line next year may want to get their stress balls now, cause he got a Newsbeat article.
-
He turned out to be unnecessary for you in the end, so you can't really complain too much...

Maybe that's how Susanne Cameron-Blackie will get her...

Aye. I suspect that majority of the names are QO worthy. Only one off the top of my head that I think they may not get a QO is Alan Haber, but then again, we don't know what year he was born in (though if I had a guess, he was probably born somewhere between the late 20's and early 30's). So, who's first? I say Hugh Hefner.

Gonna be a poor selfish bastard and say January 8 2018...

I have absolutely no idea who he is at all.

Major Spock look alike Roy Ives has died aged 73.
-
Yeah, the plethora of well known names dying is seemingly trying to raise the standards of 2017 potentially competing with 2016 on who has the bigger year of deaths.

Not that shocking considering it's only one day from today. If it was closer to 3 days from the date, then it would be more shocking.
