Zandvliet is definitely famous. The others are debatable.

So someone like Rowena Kincaid would definitely still qualify in your books. People like Ben Suisala would probably still qualify as well. But someone like Mark Sims or Lisa Magill would definitely not qualify.

We need, and cling to, the belief that the future can be affected by present events, and especially by our choices; but perhaps that is just our way of coping with the fact that we do not know the future.
