McCain won't go for several reasons. 1. Ill health of course (hasn't been active in the Senate since December). 2. The Bush and McCain families are not allies, John McCain even primaried B43 in 2000. 3. It's not tradition for most U.S. Senators that aren't family or close friends to attend funeral of a President or First Lady. 4. I'm not convinced Barbara Bush will have a state funeral, not sure if it's required of first lady's or if Nancy Reagan had one.

Let's not get ahead of ourselves. They didn't announce any of Barbara Bush's hospital visits until now and who knows if they are hiding George's (they've already hidden some from last year that we now know of). And I reckon Bush is more frail having been in a wheelchair for years and very vulnerable to illness. If Barbara quits treatment, I can't imagine George accepting treatment any longer, and with Barbara's endurance she may last longer without treatment than George. Although, I do reckon Barbara goes first now.

What a turn of events.

Can somebody move the sweepstakes thread to dead pools? I would say death predictions belong in dead pools or even deathlist forum before extra curricular...
-
Article states she has been hospitalized multiple times, something we haven't learned from media coverage until now. Wonder if it's the same case for George H.W. Bush, I mean their press secretary would be exhausted or they didn't want their legacy to be plastered on the MSNBC and Fox headlines for dying every other week. I feel stupid now for saying GHWB would go before her, I say Barbara has a few weeks, May 2nd if I were to give a precise prediction.

No longer seeking treatment for "failing health."

Damn that was good. Good job Sir Creep!

Starting to believe he'll never die. Who has a tumor (in their lungs!!!) that doesn't require chemo or surgery, it just has to be observed?!?!? Could he by my next Zsa Zsa? Flawless beautiful Alberto Fujimori?

West Virginia is the least of my concerns unfortunately, I have met multiple people named Texas, Hampshire, Carolina, Dakota, Georgia, Virginia, Nevada, Arizona, Alaska, Nebraska, and even an Arkansas. It's getting out of hand!!!

As long as it happens after my beach vacation on June 17th I'll be satisfied, in fact I would prefer to be raptured with a beautiful coastal sunset in the view.

Ugh. Once again our President completely disregards the constitution and congressional confirmation for intervention. I (And President Trump for that matter) criticized Obama for this and now Trump follows suit and and drops bombs because Assad (allegedly) dropped bombs. Sadly, this penis size contest between Putin and Trump will flop miserably just like Vietnam.

A recent online rumor I've seen states April 18th as the big day.

Debbie is a bitchy name. Any normal (usually boy) name that adds an unncessary S to the end. Ex: Brooks, Jacks (I find this one particularly offensibe considering my name, Jack, is perfectly fine alone.) Any name that starts with Mar. Ex: Marsha, Marty, Marlon/Marlin, Marla, Martin, Marshall, Marly, Mary. Carmen is also a horrid name.

Holy shit. She looks awful. I still think she'll see out 2019 but she definitely has taken a turn for the worse.

Lucas, Erik/Eric, Any variation of Britney, Eli, Bryce, Frank, Ella, Erica/Erika/Airwrecka, Anybody named after a U.S. State., Lea/Leah, Bob, Ian, Danny. On a more positive note, here are names I like, I don't know why: Brandon, Christian, Diana, Charlie, and Dominique.

IIRC he retired years ago to deal with cancer.

Oh boy am I ready for this car crash. It's also ironic and oddly poetic that Cosby could not see the woman.

Happy 100th Betty!

The photo isn't the best quality, but he still looks bad. I have trouble seeing Willie Nelson hit 90.

I said, clearly, "I would keep a look out on 93-year-old former Senator Daniel Akaka and of course Mazie Hirono."
