How do you feel about your vote playing handsomely into the hands of the loathsome people you describe? Did you correctly predict that?

I predict the grim reaper is going to be 'like a super strong enema 'in 2020

I’d say, despite being an ardent supporter of remaining in the EU and being of the opinion that leaving would be the single biggest error this country has made in the post-war period, that I’d agree that one of the flaws of the EU is that the Presidents are elected by MEPs, so the population of the EU28 as it was were only secondarily involved - that doesn’t necessarily sit right with me either. I wouldn’t say to all Brexiters that they didn’t know what they’re voting for, but IDS did put across a fantasist’s view, voted for the WA because Boris our it through and he’s fucking shit hot obviously, and is now bitching that it’s not a great deal for anyone. It has been apparent all this time. He didn’t have a clue, quelle surprise. He’s a fucking fud. Just out of genuine interest, your reasons for (and perhaps perceived benefits of) voting in 2016 to leave the EU: are they still realistically attainable now? I only ask because about half my colleagues voted leave and all bar one bitterly regret their vote because of all the shite that has come to light since then. -
I still don’t know her. And this is the thing, it’s all subjective. It’s not worth discussing whether anyone is famous enough to warrant being on the DL because everyone will have a different opinion all the time.

A mini-thread tweeted by Iain Dumbcunt Smith this morning: “Whilst the UK wants to have a good trade relationship with the EU as a sovereign state, the EU has different ideas. They want our money and they want to stop us being a competitor. The Withdrawal Agreement (WA) we signed last year sadly helps them. To avoid their own budget black hole, the EU gets £39billion as a “divorce payment” from us, reflecting our share of the current EU budget. But it gets worse. Buried in the fine print, unnoticed by many, is the fact we remain hooked into the EU’s loan book. You can't be half in the EU & half out, the problem is the WA. It costs too much & it denies us true national independence. This WA giving the EU future control over us has to go. Now Britain faces a £160billion #EU loans bill AFTER #Brexit.” That’s odd. In November, he tweeted “A deal is oven-ready. Let’s get Brexit done and take this country forward.” The thing that riles Brexiters the most is saying to them “You don’t know what you voted for”. And here’s IBS, whinging about the withdrawal agreement he voted for, because he manifestly didn’t know what he was voting for. -
Ah yes, I’d almost forgotten her comparing supporting gay rights to supporting ISIS. Coleen really is the human personification of a shit. It’s really awful what cancer has done to their family but you’re right, they’re ghastly creatures a lot of the time.

Tuesday: 98 EDIT: Did a minor update to the scoreboard on the previous page, rather than posting it again.

Hume changed the political landscape in Northern Ireland enormously. The biggest landscape change Blair facilitated was in Baghdad.
-
We can address the colour scheme later - Can we begin the discussion condemning the terrible cunts that green light this nonsensical shite?

The man was worthy of his Nobel Prize. As the BBC obit says, you cannot possibly overestimate his role in the peaceful political development of N. Ireland. R.I.P.

...and Hume’s death puts me in unprecedented territory. Two separating each competitor. QR: 16 CS: 14 DL: 12

Gina G, off of just a little bit and a little bit more, is 50 Also there's loads of people who's birthday it would've been had they not died.

Thanks for making my point. And this one. And this one.

It was fun yeah, but not for the reason you think

Maybe take down all your celebratory bunting for now. The competition isn’t ‘how old can we make our picks’, it’s ‘how many deaths of famous people can we correctly predict’. Even your pretty anonymous article gets it, and I’m pretty sure you do too but you’re just being deliberately obtuse, as usual, to angle for some kind of childish insult trade-off, and then try to claim the other party was doing just that. You’ve some growing up to do, flower.

Well, football has its own thread and that sport is about as entertaining as plucking hairs out of your own bollocks with a JCB digger, so motorsport and beer sports (à la snooker) are absolutely worthy of discussion.

Anyway, the 2020 British Grand Prix. Aside from Magnussen and Kvyat's crashes early doors, it wasn't the most eventful affair until the last few laps where everyone's front left tyres cunted off the rims - very unlucky for Valtteri Bottas who was keeping Hamilton in a sweat for the entire race. Also unlucky for Verstappen; if his team hadn't have pitted him, he'd have taken the win from Hamilton on the last lap. Hindsight innit. Props to Alex Albon, though. His recovery from his usual luck was stellar today. I can see a lot of 2-stop strategies next weekend. It's meant to be hotter and these Pirellis are clearly horse shit round Silverstone in particular. I did miss being there this year. Silverstone on a race day is just something else.

The possibilities: Liam Fox, Chris Grayling, Jeremy Hunt, Sajid Javid, Mark Francois, Greg Hands, Tim Loughton, Andrew Selous, Jonathan Djanogly, Andrew Murrison, Alun Cairns, Tobias Ellwood, Mark Harper, John Penrose, Shailesh Vara, Stephen Hammond, Greg Clark, Damian Hinds, Robert Halfon, Mark Garnier, George Freeman, Andrew Jones My guess (without naming, for legal reasons) is Piggy from the ERG.
