  1. There’s a picture of Huw Edwards displaying his ass with his trousers around his ankles circulating on Twitter that people are debating whether it’s fake or real. Either way it’s something I wish I could unsee.

  2. Such a pity that we didn’t have a list of assumed-straight BBC presenters posted on here as well!

If true, shame & a big fuck you to the people hounding the openly gay presenters for the last 24 hours.

Out gay BBC presenters (including radio):

    • Evan Davis
    • Nick Grimshaw
    • Alan Carr
    • Ben Hunte
    • Dean McCullough
    • Stephen Fry - Doesn't do radio and not presented QI in years

Or this person is going to do a Kevin Spacey and come out while admitting he's a sex pest.

Why did you only list gay presenters may I ask? The immediate rush to accuse every gay man that works with the BBC of having the potential to do something like this doesn’t sit right with me and the majority of other gay people. Icky speculation that you’re excitedly involving yourself in.

A nice unique  'hit' for someone anyway- She apparently spotted her cancer late believing it wrongly to be symptoms of long covid.  That probably  helped nudge the death into receiving media coverage of a qualifying obituary kind.

A nice unique for my main team. Need all I can get with 3 picks on that team that I’ve declared dudds. Surprised QOs for Page came in so quickly as I thought she was a risky pick.

Do you remember "Joe the plumber", the model conservative blue-collar figure in the Obama vs McCain campaign?

Well, he wasn't a plumber and his real name is Samuel Wurzelbacher. AND, Twitter tells me that he has been diagnosed with stage 3 pancreatic cancer. The classic media haven't picked up on it yet, news is a day old. There is some fundraiser (of course, there is) but I cant post the link on mobile.

An update on Samuel Wurzelbacher's fundraiser on 22nd June stated that his doctor shared the opinion that he was probably stage 4 at diagnosis. Seems like they're still trying to find the correct treatment plan for him but has already lost over 100lbs in weight. Not promising at all.

  6. She popped up on The One Show to flog her book and revealed that her oncologist said she would die "at some point in the next 10 years" which is not exactly helpful information for deadpoolers.

    Given that she's already 83 I'd say that's a rather optimistic estimation.

@Spade_Cooley you haven't crossed out the names Vance Masters and Daniel N Paul on page 18 for alt obits guy on his list

    It doesn't fucking matter, Steve.

It's getting incredibly tiring seeing you stick your ore in other peoples pools and micromanaging threads from the sidelines. Get a job.

Well, being told out of the blue that their Dad is dead will be "horrible news that they’d have to get their heads around".

That's what was done to me, and it haunts me to this day.  My Dad had cancer too and they must have known for a long time that he was dying.

They should start preparing the kids gently IMO, so it won't come as an unthinkable shock.  They are being selfish.

Tom Parker’s wife Kelsey had a whole documentary on TV following his death. When Tom died, she told the kids quite bluntly “Your dad is dead, he’s gone to be with the angels and he’s not coming back”. The eldest kid was about 2/3 years old during this. Albeit they may be too young to fully understand at this age, I don’t think it’s right to keep them in the dark no matter what tender age they are.
