Benedict XVI, 95, stroke in 1991, fall in 1992, suffering from heart problems for decades and had a pacemaker implanted over 20 years ago, mild stroke in 2005, bypass operation and fall in 2006, arthritis, shingles in 2020. Incredibly frail for the last 10 years yet has managed to outlive Eduardo Somalo and Angelo Sodano who was his successor as the Dean of the College of Cardinals. 3. Chiam See Tong, 87-year-old Singaporean politician who suffered two strokes in the 2000s, had a fall in 2013 and has been suffering from Parkinson's since atleast 2011, now apparently in late stages. 4. Pasqual Maragall, 81, Spanish politician and former President of the Govt of Catalonia. Suffering from Alzheimer's for atleast 15 years. 5. Shyam Saran Negi, 105 in July. He's been close to death so many times, how the hell is he still alive? (Or could be that he is dead and they just keep wheeling his mummified corpse around)
